At last! At last an update! And it's A RITSU chapter, I know we all love our Ritsu chapters. And also, you don't understand, I've been looking forward to finishing this and the next fours chapters for SO LONG! For YEARS! They are like the core of my initial idea with this fic, the stuff that has been there from the beginning and has just been improving over time! Like YES, let's finally dig into all the stuff I've been building up to!
I was making a presentation about the worst mob psycho 100 rabbit hole I stumbled upon for my friends and I needed some visuals So I drew them (those little silly creatures is the only thing that was keeping me sane)
Funny enough, I never drew or finished reference sheets for RitsuSho and TeruMob. Mostly because I don't believe that Teru can have just one look, his iconic fashion sense haunts me in my sleep /pos. The same goes to Mob. And for Ritsu and Shou… They are iconic, I just always remember how they look like.
This was drawn in November 2022 just for the sake of comparison, here's more recent Ritsu and Shou drawings. Shou is from an unfinished December piece, and Ritsu is drawn 20 days later.
This is still from November, both Kageyama brothers look a lot differently than something I would draw today.
Okay, anyway, time for the funnies.
I was obsessed with Shou for a time, autism served. Okay, back to the funnies. I made a Spotify playlist for him, I could post it with my other three playlists if someone's interested. (There's ageswap Mob, Teru and ironically TouRei. Bro I have zero idea how I got into TouRei myself frfr)
Honestly, I don't want to talk about Shou`s backstory because it's too heavy for a silly little Tumblr post. I ultimately decided to not talk about it here and keep it short without any upsetting detail. If anyone curious and would be interested I could talk about it in full later, my ask box is always open for questions. The gist of it is that Shou wasn't present most of Toichiro's childhood for the reasons outside his control, Toichiro's mother wasn't the best to put it politely, so his perception of himself is really warped. That led to the creation of Ultimate 5 and “Claw”. Because of Toichiro, Serizawa and Reigen going to the same school, World Domination Arc was started because of Reigen. Then Toichiro started destroying the school Ritsu (if you couldn't tell by his clothes he's a math teacher in Salt middle school) got involved and because of that both Shigeo and Shou too. After the World Domination arc, Shou becomes Toichiros new legal guardian and Toichiro himself is homeschooled.
The amount of lore for this one joke picture is ridiculous. But Shou and Teru friendship is what I need, it's what I breathe. I love them.
Oh, right, I forgor that I mostly labeled these things in Ukrainian. So Ritsu says “FUUUCK” but spelled in Ukrainian, then there's “Smoking Kills” and “He ran with them once and that was enough” Shou, Shigeo, Teru, Onigiwara and Gouda run in the morning together.
That's just Halloween in Ukrainian. Shou served, I mean they all did, I really love them all. I forgot to mention in my previous ageswap post, but Mogami is still alive… He is still alive. Also, I love to think that Wawa is a Miku fan, he just seems like one, right?
I'm not happy with how Teru turned out, I'm neutral about Shigeo, but Shou. He was made for 2000 mom look, oh my god. They're so silly.
I think this is a good place to end it on a positive note. I drew this exactly on his birthday, but I intended to finish it later. Not only that, but I also drew something for Toichiros birthday, but that even less finished. Really like how this came out.

Out of all the possible trans headcanons to have in mp100, my favorite is Shou. There’s a few reasons, but mostly I like that there is no interpretation of his father’s reaction that isn’t hilarious.

Any who sorry for disappearing for like 2 weeks. I had vacation and the. Got burnt out right after oops. I’ve got some new art in the works.
I might start posting some bungo stray dogs art too, but only some because I still like mob psycho more lol. I’m making a Dazai figure that I’ll be posting. It’s for a friend and it will be my second time making a figure and it’s already looking way better than my first one !

You’d think with how late I post I live in the California or something but I just don’t have a good sleep schedule lol. I’ll be posting the 2 days I missed. I just ran dry of motivation those two days.
Design breakdown down here!
Shou first. Ya know how rockets work? That’s the bottom of Shou’s shoes. He can fly with those engines. I used wires to basically be a cooler version of ripped jeans. The red stripes on his jacket are led strips and his eyes light up too! He has a Claw symbol on his chest as like a branding. Like how apple puts their logo on phones. Obviously shou doesn’t like Claw so he put tape over it. The grey marks on his jeans are scratches that show the raw metal underneath the paint. His hair is supposed to look like those metal scraps that get really curly because I think they look cool. Shou I suppose to look a lot more new and advanced because his dad is like super rich.
Ritsu is supposed to look a little more dated. He has large wires for hair and more visible joints compared to Shou. His uniform is very pointy and the buttons light up. I tried to look at boston dynamics robots to get an idea for Ritsu’s legs. They both have pointy teeth because I just wanted them to lol. Ritsu has circles on his cheeks that flip over like those trash can lids to show a red color when possessed by dimple.

I made some shou concepts for a fic I’m hopefully gonna finish. I wrote one chapter of it like a few months ago but I may need to rewrite it. I have a bunch of scenes partially written in my notes but that’s about it.
It starts right when the anime ends. The middle design has that odd flannel because it’s from Teru. You can also tell that I am absolutely milking the fact that Shou canonically has curly hair. That’s probably because I have curly hair, to be fair it’s not as curly as how I drew his, but still. Every design is in order but I haven’t had his last design so don’t worry he’s not gonna end up insane at the end. It’s a “it gets worse before it gets better” type of thing.

I love chalkboards, also you can tell that I gave up on coloring them because mob is the only one colored in lol. You can also tell I didn’t draw them all at the same time because of the difference in style from mob to Shou.
