Personally I believe this would have only happened if you knew Luffy before the two years and if you already had a bit of a touchy friendship with him.

Also this FWB started once he turned 19 not when he was 17 lol

How it started:

Luffy was never interested in having sex nor cared, but after turning 18 & then now 19 a bit of his libido began to liven up more. You and Luffy always had a good opened friendship so it didn’t surprise you that one night when you both were sneaking more food to eat in his room you had a deep conversation about relationships, that then turned to you both admitting your never kissed someone, then eventually you both became each others first kiss, first oral sex experience, and then finally loss your virginity to each other.

You thought after having sex with your captain it would have been kind of weird. Luffy was very flustered and embarrassed the whole time, but afterwards he perked up a bit. It actually was fun to him and wanted to do more.

And that’s what got you both to being friends with benefits.

It wasn’t something you both verbally agreed on, it just sort of happened after the 2 year break. You knew it wouldn’t have any merit nor alter in your friendship with your captain because you both had specific goals and had trained harder than ever to succeed at reaching them. You had no complaints though and Luffy didn’t either.

He typically views your…time in bed as “play time.”

“Y/N do you wanna play with me?” He has his signature snicker behind the question hinting at what he wanted. The rest of the crew seen no difference in your friendship besides you both going to disappear for a few minutes then coming back all happy and giggly. The only person that found out was Zoro due to his keen observation skills, but he didn’t believe it at first since he never thought his captain interested in that at all due to all the women he ignored on their journey. But it was true and you actually enjoyed it, it was fun, you both only really did it every other day when you had complete free time or when there was a party going on and you both slipped away for a quickie.

How it’s going:

It’s been about 8 months into the FWB with him and it’s becoming more difficult to deny yourself of wanting to be around Luffy. He’s gotten so much better at sex and even starting to do things like cuddle you afterwards or give you a massage of places he hurt you. But besides all that Luffy began to do things you usually never seen him do before to you.

He started to bring you back gifts, protect you in battle, and sometimes you just catch him wanting to eat or nap with you. The more closer you got the more you started to feel more than just sexual desire from him, but you started to actually have FEELINGS for the man. You knew Luffy wasn’t the type to be anybody’s man so you try to ignore the feelings hoping they’re just a phase, but they would only worsen the more closer he got to you. You weren’t sure if he realized what he was doing, but because of this you tried to keep yourself busy after having sex; going straight to sleep until he leaves, picking up chores for everybody, just anything to keep your feelings at bay because you couldn’t handle the awkward rejection of him denying you of being inclusive.

“Luffy?” You shut your door behind you, it was about 10pm and you wanted to take a quick nap before you had to go on watch duty, you assumed Luffy was in his room for the night after letting him know you wanted to be alone so seeing him there was a shocker. locking the door, seeing his tired body starfished on your bed with his hat on his face. He jumped up to greet you with a smile. Tonight wasn’t the usual night you had sex so you felt a bit confused.

“Y/N! You’re back!” His arms stretched out to hold you tight and give you a fat wet kiss on the cheek. You hated it because it wasnt something you needed right now to avoid further feelings with him. “I missed you hehehehe.”

“Luffy i um…” you adjusted yourself on his lap to straddle him since he wouldn’t let go, “I thought you were sleep…did you…wanna play?”

“Oh no! Maybe in the morning, but…are you okay?”

“What do you mean?”

His gaze softens and his smile narrows down at you, his arms loosen to let you sit beside him on the bed as he looks down swinging his feet.

“I just…I don’t know you’ve been distant. Did I make you mad? I wanted to actually PLAY play with you with Usopp, but Nami said you were busy, then I wanted to train with you, but you were taking a nap, and then I wanted to eat with you, but Sanji said you ate early and headed to the watch tower. I barely see you.”

Luffy was always the type to wear his heart on his sleeve, but for him to express his concern to you like this made you feel guilty. It wasn’t his fault at all. It was yours. Maybe both, you wasn’t sure so you sighed at him trying to find the right words.

“I just…I been avoiding you because….I…I made a mistake….and I’m afraid you won’t like me because of it.”

He cocked his head to the side, just for a moment he frowned then smiled again harshly patting your back. “What do you mean you could never make me mad I love you!”

Love?

Wait…

“You love me…?”

“Yeah! Duh.” He scoffed, confused at your confusion. “Don’t I Tell you that a lot?”

“No Luffy we Never told each other that.” You felt like he was playing a cruel joke on you, no way he was being for real…but due to him not laughing with you he meant it.

“Oh…well I do love you, y/n. Don’t you love me back?”

“I..I do, but…well wait do you love me as a friend or LOVE love me.”

Luffy squinted his eyes and have you an unreadable look. He then rubbed his chin with his finger pretending to think, “Both.”

“Both?”

“Yeah both you’re mine!”

“…like a girlfriend?”

“You ask a lot of questions.” Luffy laughed at your puzzled face, putting his hat on your head to then throw you on his lap as he lays back on the back. “You’re my girlfriend. I mean I think you are, i think about you a lot, i like being around you alot, and my big bro Ace always told me that’s what a girlfriend is…i think…? I thought we were a couple months ago….remember Valentine’s Day?”

That day you could never forget. You and Luffy spent the entire day together and you remember a ring he stole found and gave it to you. To this day you wear it as a necklace since it couldn’t fit your finger properly.

“Yeah this one! I gave it to you as like a promise! A promise that we will always be together !” He pulled out the jewelry from your shirt and played with it with his fingers. You felt some heat on your cheeks. A promise ring? Who the hell told him about those? “I asked Nami for some advice on what I should get you and she told me you love jewelry so I wanted to give it to you to make sure you know you’re my one and only!”

You never assumed Luffy had these feelings as well, but he of course expressed them in his own way: with more action than words and honestly it was a relief. You smiled at him rubbing his still chubby cheeks to pull him into a sweet kiss.

“You’re my one and only too.”

Zoro

Zoro was the one that offered the suggestion (during the skypiea arc may I add)

You both had alotta tension between each other enemies to FWB HELLO

You of course accepted and honestly the second you did he took you right on his workout bench SKSJSJS I

How it Started

When you first joined not too long after Sanji you and Zoro were both the swordsmen of the group which off bat made so much tension. He was a bit envious of you.

You both trained each other and that grew into a bond, but you both kept bickering like an old couple, the old couple bickering that then ended up with Zoro kabedon’ing you and kissing you. It wasn’t surprising considering you both have not only made mean remarks towards each other, but also flirtatious one’s

“You can be such a brat….”

“Oh Yeah? You wanna be a brat tamer then?”

Eventually enough was enough and that’s when you both started having casual sex. It was usually only done if you or him were stressed out. Zoro made it completely clear that no feelings will be involved of having sex and you didn’t mind it at all. He was your personal trainer and booty Call? Big W.

Sex with Zoro was quick and discreet, mainly because he didn’t want anybody in your business and getting the wrong idea so when the ship was docked you slid into a cheap hotel and had your fun there, however the days where you’re stuck on a boat and either of you feel needy you just offer Zoro if he wanted to train with you and that was his signal.

It was plausible that you have grown to fall for the Marimo, during the last 6 months you both actually learned a lot about each other and how much you guys have in common besides your weapons. That bond led to more time together, you both used to be paired off (sometimes to have a quickie) and fighting side by side. It was nice to be around him.

And he felt the same way too.

How it’s going

2 years have passed with no contact of Zoro. You of course thought about him a lot during your time training to be a better swordsman, but any feelings you believed you could have developed been diminished and you were more than ready to be back with your crew.

“Good to see you again, greenhead.”

“I know it is..missed me?”

Seeing each other again brought back memories you wished you would have cherished more before leaving. There was a few times Zoro had to speak to you about something important but it would always either get interrupted or possibly. Zoro usually tired to wear his heat on his sleeve, and be blunt with you as you are with him, but it felt different now? Almost like a shift between you both?

You knew he grew and got stronger while being away, but after 2 months since the reunion it’s like he wants nothing to do with you. You both didn’t joke as much, he didn’t laugh at your dumb jokes, he didn’t even want to train with you anymore.

“You’re not as strong as me to spar with.”

The comment was insulting! You trained just as hard as anybody else with battle scars to prove it and now…

“Excuse me?! You think you too good enough for a little training with me now?!” You shoved his shoulder back to face you as he was walking away, but he just grumbled to himself not even wanting to make eye contact with you. “The hell is with you why are you acting like an ass?!”

“Shut the hell up you’ve always been so sensitive I thought the two years you’d finally grow a pair!”

His words were so sharp you had to chuckle from tears trickling your eye. This wasn’t the same Zoro you were friends with. He turned his back to walk away, but you weren’t finished. No he had to explain himself.

You pulled your blade out to hit his side with the blunt part of your sword, but you truly under estimated Zoro’s speed when he grabs your wrist and flips you to the ground. Man, Zoro really didn’t discriminate with fighting back.

He’s squatting over your but holding your one arm against your back, Zoro chuckled to himself seeing you let go of your sword in defeat, but his curled smile then fell to a slow frown hearing your sniffles.

“Hey..” He finally got off of you to help you up. He didn’t hurt you actually, well not physically, but it felt like Zoro just didn’t care about you like you thought he did. Even though your love for him romantically has died, the love you have for him as a friend never did.

He seen your tears and with his rough touch he pulled your chin to look at him, “I’m..—“

“It’s whatever, Zoro. Sorry I did that..” Picking up your weapon to just go back in your room for the evening to forget everything was the initial plan. That was until the sword man tsk’ed to himself and grabbed your arm. With no words your sword dropped again as well as his with you now being squeezed into his strong arms.

“I’m apologizing to you, Y/N…I’m sorry.”

You didn’t have any words, your eyes just stared off over his shoulder still being held as if you were ganna disappear again before his very eyes if you let go.

“I know you been noticing me avoiding you…I didn’t want to, but I had to…I…before we separated I wanted to tell you that I um…”

“I…”

“I broke the sex rule.”

Zoro pulled back away from you, with his face now being so pink, he noticed himself and looked away annoyed like. He hated expressing his feelings but this was the only way he could get rid of this weight he’s been carrying for so long.

“I don’t know why…but 2 years ago…after we started having just sleeping together I…I started to like you…a lot…and it’s something I know we both agreed not to, but I couldn’t help it. It started to become more than us fucking…we shared a lot of moments together and I know you probably don’t feel the same way especially after so long, but I had to tell you or else I’d just keep avoiding you….I hated seeing your face look so sad when I wasn’t paying attention to you….you looked like a damn abandoned puppy.”

You laughed through your tears which made Zoro grin as he whipped your face. “I’m sorry.”

Never would you this the Pirate Hunter Zoro would be APOLOGIZING. You knew this would probably never happen again so without thinking you just hugged him tightly.

“You know…what if I told you I broke it too.” You’d be lying to say him hugging you didn’t bring back a bunch of feelings your swore you thought you threw away

“Then…”

“Then…how about we both take it slow…if that’s what you want to do. AT LEAST HANG OUT WITH ME AGAIN PLEASEEEE. Or else imma hanging out with the cook…he does look a bit cuter now aft—-“

Zoro had to stop your ridiculous claims with kissing you. If you kept going he probably would have went straight to the kitchen to cut Sanji up.

“Oh?” You teased, pulling back. He looked away from you tsk’ing once again, but you giggled wrapping around the back of his neck to kiss him more passionately this time.

“Let’s take it slow then.” He mumbled on your lips. You didn’t have time to respond as he kissed you again to then pick you up and hold you against the wall. He still wanted to take it slow, but he had to apologize for how he acted in a more physical way.

Sanji

Surprisingly (and ironically) he was the hardest the convince to get become FWB

Literally does not understand it. He loves you sm.

He only declined at first because after explaining that it was just sex and no love involved he wasn’t sure if he was able to just have sex with you without catching feelings

However it was okay because you both ended up falling for each other KSJSHSKS

How It Started:

The topic of sex only came up because of your constant teasing. You had so much fun flustering him, you didn’t think it was a big deal until he told you the truth about how he felt.

“Oh common don’t act like a whole bunch of women aren’t like this towards you anyways you should be used to it!”

“I um..no..not really.”

It kind of shocked you. Sanji had his flaws, but he was a cute boy! Very respectful and really sweet to women how come no woman has tried anything with him?!

It took a minute but after a few months of getting to know each other he explains how he never even gotten to kiss a girl before. He felt ashamed and less of a man, but that wasn’t further from the truth!

“Well how about..” Your arms reached around his neck smelling the smoke from his mouth mixed in with some mint. “I give you that. Trust me I don’t have c—MMPH!”

Pretty boy got so excited he just went for the kiss, however getting to into it your butt hit the counter with his cold hands rubbing your warm skin that was exposed from the thin shirt and short shorts you were wearing.

“I love you, marry me!” You barely had time to comprehend what he was saying in between kisses. You had to stop him once he picked you up and placed you in the counter.

At that point you did find his….assertion attractive , so you agreed to take his virginity! It was a short lived conversation, because he was already trickling of blood, but once he calmed down you decided to go and do it in the bathtub. (His idea)

After that Sanji actually became a whole new man, he viewed women so much more differently (in a good way) and he had you to thank for it. You on the other hand just wanted to help your FRIEND. Out.

But Sanji didn’t understand? When he’d bring you back roses, and try to make you a personal dinner you always declined his advances telling him that you both aren’t a couple so he shouldn’t have to do all that.

“But I thought two people that had sex loved each other?”

It damn near broke your heart how he said it lmao.

You explained to him though that’s true, you do love him as a friend, but Sanji didn’t want to hear it. He wanted you to be IN love with him. However you wasn’t ready for that.

The FWB idea was yours, and Sanji didn’t know what it meant, all he heard was “we can keep having sex sometimes.”

And you did. That very second you said it.

But one day Sanji offered to take you on a date and you declined which left him confused.

“Sanji, remember I said we’re just friends…with benefits we don’t go on dates.”

Poor baby he just didn’t understand.

For a moment he wanted to stop having sex, he didn’t, because if you didn’t feel the same way and he just kept falling harder and harder for you after each lay he couldn’t bare it if you decided you wanted to stop.

So he made a suggestion;

“Okay how about you give me 5 months to convince you to go on that date! If I swoon you, my love we can be more than friends! Deal?”

You had nothing to lose so why not. Your heart was set and stone though: just sex and nothing more.

It was like Sanji was no longer Vinsmoke Sanji the Strawhat cook, but Mr. Prince.

A few months have passed and you have yet to allow him to date you despite him going so above and beyond for you, he almost felt defeated knowing the 5 months were almost up in a couple days and you still haven’t budged I your feelings for him, but..he may have been on to something because his efforts didn’t go in vain.

How it’s going:

Two long years of missing Vinsmoke Sanji. Your pretty boy. Your Prince. You couldn’t believe it but there were so many moments you laid your head on the pillow after a long day of training wishing Sanji was to massage your body. Oh the way you missed his hands over your body, not just sexually, but when he hugged you one last time before you bid your farewell to him. You never really got to admit how you felt.

You never got to let him ask you out and actually tell him yes.

You loss.

You fell for him and you fell hard. None of the men you talked to during the 2 years were anything like Sanji, they didn’t get your jokes, cook with you, share the same interest nor actually cared. They just wanted your body and honesty you felt like you deserved the treatment because that’s how you treated Sanji. And he didn’t deserve that.

You all are back now, everybody has grown especially the cook. He’s stronger and looks more mature, his voice even gotten deeper. He looked so attractive in his suit, you nearly felt embarrassed to see him again though. Your heart was pounding seeing him from a distance fawning over Robin and Nami. You were the last one to arrive to the Sunny, “Sanji..” you whispered to yourself. You believed after so long he definitely didn’t feel the same way about you anymore. You dragged and led him on for too long. He probably been with so many other women after you and you tried to accept that.

When he seen you land on the boat saying your hellos and hugs his cigarette fell out of his mouth. You looked breath taking, and all the feelings he once had came rushing back they never left in the first place his cheeks were hot as he approached you hoping you’d meet eyes, and you do.

“Sanji.” You grin. He was a few inches taller than you now and it made you get butterflies. You felt so stupid getting all nervous around him ITS SANJI WE ARE TALKING ABOUT.

“I missed you.” Sanji grabbed your hands to kiss them, you blushed. Damn you, Blondie for being so charming.

Later that night Sanji couldn’t keep his gaze off you. His mind was running a mile a minute he missed your laugh, your voice, you scent, everything. However something was chipping at his shoulder he just couldn’t get off and he felt like you were the same way.

“Hey can I talk to you?”

“Of course, my love! Did you enjoy dinner?”

“I did I did..missed your cooking, Sanji!” He smiled at your praise cleaning his hands to have your full undivided attention. “But I um…I missed you.”

He paused. Did he hear you correctly?

“You what?”

“I..I missed you.” You sighed not wanting to eye him, he felt more intimidating now, but you knew you had to spit it out for how wrong you were and if he didn’t feel the same way then it’s just another loss you’ll have to deal with. “Sanji I..um..you..fuck okay I missed you so much it hurts, Sanji i thought about you..everyday when I was away. Okay? I don’t know how you did it, but I was wrong. I was wrong to use you like that, I was wrong to treat you like that, I knew you fell for me and yet I pushed your feelings aside for my own satisfaction and…” your voice began to crack as the heaviness of your guilt began to weigh on you. You looked away trying to fight your tears. “I’m sorry I used you. I know that your feelings for me are probably gone. You’ve seen so many more beautiful women worthy of your love so I understand completely if that’s the case. I just wish…before we left I would have told you that…It wasn’t just the sex..I ..I love you Sanji…and I—“

He kisses you, his lips so soft and gentle against yours your legs shake a bit, but don’t worry if his hands wasn’t already holding your waist he would have caught you anyways.

“You don’t ever have to apologize, my love…just know how happy I am to hear that…from you. I never stopped thinking about you either.” He exhaled on your lips holding your cheeks now to wipe away any tears that escaped. You looked into his eyes and seen the gloss pushing through his own and smiled. “I love you, y/n.”

You share a giggle and a sweet peck on the lips. “I love you too….so…how about…tomorrow…you take me on that date?”

“And then after that you’re ganna marry me?”

You giggle at his hopeful face, “Yes Sanji i will…”

He couldn’t have been happier to hear such words.

you strolled around the town your crew had docked at the night before, ace following close behind. you had found out that this town was well known for the cute and pretty garments that they designed — specifically specialising in lacy and elegant dresses which was exactly your style! finding such apparel was hard to come by within the grand line but you've always adored dressing up ever since you were a little girl, and that remained true to this day. so you did your best to alter your clothes to your liking — adding ribbons and bows, adding lace wherever you could, adding florals and hearts. thankfully, whitebeard let you splurge and indulge in your fashion, as long as they remained practical for whenever combat arose.

the two of you had been wandering around for a few minutes, your eyes shimmering with mirth with every store you passed by. ace couldn't help the amity that effloresced within his chest as he saw the pure delight that was emanating from your face. he quite adored how much you loved shopping for clothes and the care and thought you put into every single outfit you adorned. there was never a day where you didn't look absolutely breathtaking. right from the way you styled your hair to the accessories you bore — you always looked so gorgeous.

you finally stopped by in front of a shop that had flowers and vines dangling from its sign and they were displaying the most feminine and dainty pieces ace had ever seen. he did admit that he did very much like what he was seeing but he felt rather out of place to be walking into a shop like this — he could only see women inside as they ambled across the aisles and picked out clothes off the racks. he worried that him being there would make them feel weary. but before he could even voice his concerns to you, you were already dragging him inside.

after a good few minutes of you rummaging around the shop, you had acquired a mountain full of clothes that you wanted to try on. you were in one of the changing rooms as ace stood outside, holding on to each of the garments you had selected. almost an hour had passed by and you were now trying on the last piece you had left. you had apologised earlier for taking so much time but truthfully, ace wasn't really complaining. it just meant he got to spend time with you, and he wouldn't ever pass up such an opportunity.

"ace?", you trilled from within the changing room.

"yeah?", he replied. "is something wrong?"

"nope, i just want your opinion on this dress. i'm not sure if this really complements my skin tone or not. so do you mind if i show it to you?"

he could feel his heart thumping madly against his chest at your request. for a moment, he simply stayed silent, his mind racing with thoughts of you modelling the dresses for him. a rosy pink dusted his cheeks as the images of you donning the previous pretty pieces flitted through his head. when he heard you call out his name though, he quickly shook his head in an attempt to clear away the images he had conjured of you which he felt rather guilty for now.

"are you sure i'm the right one to ask? maybe i could call—"

you cut him off by saying meekly, "no. i want your opinion."

ace's cheeks turned a darker shade of pink as he held his hands to his chest, trying to compose himself and slow down his beating heart. he took in a deep breath and said, "alright, go ahead and show me."

you pulled open the curtain and the second he laid his eyes on you, he could feel himself turn to mush. you were wearing a lavish, yellow dress that was embellished with pearls and white gems all around, and frills all along the bottom. you were fiddling with the sleeves as you looked down bashfully. "so, what do you think?", you asked softly. "how does it look?"

where was he even meant to begin? you looked truly stunning in it. he swore he hadn't ever seen a woman as beautiful as you. you looked heavenly, angelic, lovely—

"yeah it's very nice," was all he could bring himself to say. he wanted the ground to swallow him whole at how daffy he felt in this moment. there was so much more he wanted to say to you and all he could say was 'nice'? that word was not nearly enough to encompass how ethereal you looked.

"aw, just nice?", you asked dolefully. your lips had turned into a small pout, your doe eyes looking up at him — the ones that tugged at his heartstrings sweetly yet fiercely.

"well no!", he rebutted instantly. "it's not just nice. i mean, the colour is pretty. it suits you. and the frills are a cute touch."

he continued to ramble on, complimenting every aspect of the dress. his flushed face and flustered demeanour amused you — one of the most dangerous and most powerful pirates the world had seen and yet here he was, struggling to even form coherent sentences in front of you. you found it so adorable that you could rile him up so easily and that this was a sight only you had the luxury of witnessing. you didn't want anybody else to see him like this nor ever wanted anybody else to make him feel this way aside from you.

an impish smile tugged at your lips as you thought of another way to flurry the man even more. you took a step closer towards him and you gestured for him to lean forward towards you. he did as you said, his gaze flickering over your entire body, the blush now tinging his neck and ears. you cupped a hand over his ear as you whispered in a honeyed tone, "did you want to see me in something sexier?"

his entire body froze at your words, his hands balling into tight fists underneath the clothes he held. his breathing quickened and he feared his knees would buckle any second, sending him toppling over you. he did his best to keep himself upright and to stop the indecent thoughts that dared to infiltrate his mind. that proved to be a much more difficult challenge than he had anticipated.

"w-what? no, i-," he sputtered, feeling more abashed than ever. he scrambled to find words but he failed to do so.

you giggled at his behaviour, finding him more charming than ever before. "i'm just playing with you. i think i'm going to get this. i think you like it too, right?". all he could do was nod in agreement before shutting the curtain hastily.

Right before he can reach you though, he gets hit in the face with a paper towel. You look behind you and see Marco with a deadpan face, another paper towel ready in his hand to throw.

“Oi, can you two stop simping for each other and start helping loading in the groceries instead?” 

Ace rolls his eyes and playfully chucks the paper towels back at Marco who catches it with ease.

“They should be here somewhere..” Sabo mumbles to himself, carrying his pipe in his hand just in case you’ve been ambushed by some sort of enemy or animal.

“SABOOO!” There’s a yell and he looks up to see you on the cliff, his eyes brightening. You aren’t in trouble.

“(Y/n) you’re hhEERE!?” His voice cracks louder as you happily jump off the cliff. Now you are. His eyes go wide and he runs to you, his heart calming quickly to focus on catching you. He’s got experience in unexpected behaviors from both being a revolutionary and because of a certain rubber boy. He drops his pipe to the ground and catches you, stepping back from the impact, and to make sure you feel none of it. Once you’re safe and smiling at him he sighs in both relief and exasperation. “You could’ve at least given me a better warning.”

“Sorry, I was excited.” You can do this again, just tell him next time.

Nami

“Stupid forest.” The navigator mumbles to herself as she walks through the trees.

“Nami!!” Her name is called out and she looks up.

“Oh you’re up there. Ugh how am i going to get up there.” She grumbles, then cups her hands around her mouth. “(Y/n) is there a way down from there!?”

“Yeah!” You yell back.

“Okay come down from th-” You jump off the cliff and her jaw drops. ‘They did not just do that.’ She thinks to herself, quickly going to denial. ‘This isn’t happening.’ Nami goes pale as you fall because this is, in fact, happening. Not only did you jump, you jumped when you aren’t going to survive from that height; or at the very least you’ll get injured. She can’t just let you fall to teach you a lesson, and no one else is around her to catch you instead. Nami curses and pulls out her baton, creating as thick a cloud as she can to soften your fall. You finally land on the soft cloud, the bumped thick water sheet stretching and breaking your fall. Unfortunately, you still end up through it and onto her, sending you both to the ground. She pants, still processing, yet you sit up with a smile like nothing bad happened.

“Nami I-” She sits up and bonks you on the head hard. “ACK”

“Get off me.” Uh oh, she’s really mad. You shimmy off of her and she clenches her jaw. “You are UNBELIEVABLE. Do you think you’re made of rubber!? Just gonna bounce off!? I’m never coming to get you again. I swear Luffy has been a bad influence on you and the BOTH of you are sooo in trouble when we get back.” She scolds you for almost 10 minutes, then you and Luffy back on the ship for another 10; when the captain cracks up at what you did he adds another 5. Never try that again. Ever.

Luffy

“(Y/n)!! Hello!??” His voice sounds impatient as he bounces on his feet. He can’t help it, he’s been away from you for so long, longer than he’d ever allow usually if it wasn’t so important… “Hmmmmm..” There’s a frown on his face as he scans his surroundings.

“UP HERE!” You yell and he looks up at you, eyes shining as a big smile replaces his previous frown.

“(Y/N)!” On the same wavelength, you jump down right as he stretches his arms out to get to you. “WOAH!” He’s caught off guard for a second before he manages to grip onto your shoulders instead of the cliff, smashing your bodies together at high speeds. He falls onto his back,

but he’s rubber, so it only makes him bounce a few times before you both settle onto the forest floor. Luffy sits up and adjusts his hat. “Phew!” His eyes lock onto yours and he grins happily. “Gotcha!” His voice is cheerful as he laughs, everything is sunshine in his head so you can do that as much as you want. It’ll be fun! Though it’s really who does it first.

Zoro

Zoro walks through the forest, obviously lost. He pushes through some bushes and finds the cliff you were supposed to meet at instead, but he’s on the ground from it and not on it. “The hell, this map is useless.” He curses as he looks down at the perfectly drawn map with clear directions that a child could follow.

“HEYY!!” He hears your voice from above and looks up.

“The witch drew this map badly! Wait there I’ll get to you!” He yells at you confidently.

‘He is NOT making it up here.’ You think to yourself. “I’ll just come to you!” Yelling back, you step back to gain momentum. Then, before he can tell you he’s got it, you jump off the cliff towards him. His eyes go wide.

“YOU DUMBASS YOU AREN’T RUBBER!” He tosses the map to the floor and puts his arms out. “Shit!” He makes sure he’s in the right spot, then catches you. The impact makes him quickly step back, only not falling from the strength he’s honed so much. Once you’re both safe he drops you onto the ground.

“Ow!” You fall on your butt. “I didn’t even get to give you a kiss first.” You deflate and Zoro looks down at you, clearly not pleased.

“Too bad for pulling that stupid stunt. Walk yourself.” He’s about to turn and start walking when he feels sad eyes digging into the back of his head. “ugh..”

“You didn’t miss me?” At your words he turns back to look at you, still frowning but his anger cracking.

“Obviously but you-”

“You don’t wanna kiss me? Are we nothing now?”

“You..!” He clenches his teeth, looking into your eyes. It’s not long before he breaks, combing a hand through his hair in annoyance. He walks over and picks you up. “There.” You give him a kiss. Even if it pissed him off, it doesn’t take much for him to get over it. Plus, it lets him show off his strength a little by catching you easily.

Sanji

Sanji walks around, hurried and looking everywhere in the vicinity. His (Y/n) sensors are going off so he knows you’re somewhere here, he just doesn’t know where you are. “Sanji!” His head snaps to where he heard your voice, up on the cliff.

“My love!” He jumps up and starts to air walk to you, a smile on his face. That’s quickly wiped off once he’s about half way there when you jump down. “LOVE!?” He goes pale and manages to catch you in his arms but you throw him off balance from the unexpectedness of it, Sanji having to lower himself with each step back until both feet are on the ground. You pull your head back to look at him with a big smile.

“You caught me!”

“Of course I’d catch you!” He says with an relieved tone, giving you a peck on the lips as he puts you down. “But please don’t ever do that again, just wait for me to go up. You almost gave me a heart attack.” He’s still a little pale, putting a hand on his heart. Be nice to him.

The senior members (Penguin) decide to pull some pranks on the newcomers. Of course you're pulled along.

The Polar Tang’s halls could be scary, if you weren’t used to her.

That wasn’t an exaggeration, but an undisputable fact. Every single crew member whom you’ve talked to about it, admitted that they were initially put off at being in the Tang’s hall when they first joined the crew.

(Save for Ikkaku and Law, but the former was a whole different beast in her own category and the latter never let slip a single peep when you asked.)

Hell, even Bepo admitted that he and the Swallow Island duo were terrified the first few weeks they took ownership of the submarine, though Penguin and Shachi would deny it to the best of their abilities.

Though Law was no-nonsense with stuff like this, he wasn’t always around to curb the rumors the senior members liked to tell the newer recruits.

Penguin leaned closer to one of the new recruits, tanned and his brown-hair in soft spikes. “You know, you’ve had quite a few night shifts already. How do you feel?”

“It’s kind of eerie at night,” Boost admitted. “Not that I’m complaining! It’s just very… different from what I’m used to…”

“You don’t have to lie to make us feel better,” the other man said. “Everyone knows it’s scary in the halls at night. Especially down the area where the Tailor’s workshop is.”

Clione joined in, ever the shit stirrer. “Yeah! If you’re by yourself there, sometimes you can feel a presence following behind you!”

You sighed as expectant gazes turned to you, raising your hands up. “I don’t know, don’t look at me. I’m usually not in the halls late. I’m either in my bunk early or I stay in my workshop the whole night.”

Another voice scoffed, and you scooted over to let the lanky figure of the other recruit sit down next to you on the bench. “Yeah, right! What’s gonna be with us? Ghosts? Spirits? What are you five?”

“Hey!” Penguin yelled. “It’s true!”

Slick chuckled, glancing at the senior members over his meal. “Sure, sure.”

Much later on that day, as the hours were turning into night, you were visited by two men who really had too much time on their hands despite being first mates.

“Tailorrrrr!” Penguin whined dramatically. The couch creaked as he draped himself over it, partially laying in Shachi’s lap, who sat on one end. “The new recruits don’t believe us! They think we’re idiots!”

“Probably because you’re acting like it,” you responded dryly, adjusting the measurements on your template as you calculated the changes you’d have to make for the new boiler suits.

“Well, how am I supposed to earn their respect as their superior if they treat me like that?”

“Act like the full-grown man you are,” you suggested.

“Orrrr you can scare them,” Shachi suggested, shark-like smirk on his face. “Make them eat their words.”

You shot the redhead a scathing look that warned him not to go any further. But all too late, as the damage was already done, and the seed planted as the moping man was revitalized.

“We should totally use your workshop to scare the newbies,” Penguin said, a fit of determination making him jerk up and nearly nailing Shachi in the gut.

“No, the fuck we’re not,” you said immediately.

Shachi didn’t say anything, only grinning wider when you looked at him for help. He opened his mouth, and you immediately knew that nothing good would come out of it. “You know, we should spook them first. Mess around with them a little bit.”

“Yeah! And we won’t mess with anything! We’ll just need a space to hide at most.”

You sighed in exasperation, not even bothering to ask for an elaboration at the two’s jumps in conversations, as they would eventually tell you. You had higher expectations for Penguin, as he was usually the more responsible one who reigned in Shachi and the more mischievous members of the crew when Law was not around, but when it was him who got an idea, there was no hope of deterring him as he had Shachi to egg him on.

“I have some old scare masks from the festivals on my old island if you want to use it,” you grumbled, giving in far too easily. As much as you tried to deny it, you did have a soft spot and a tendency for chaos that led you to lend your services too often to them.

Penguin perked up. “Really?!? Are you sure?”

“If you can find it and put everything back the way it was after, then go ahead. But,” You stopped and raised the pencil in your hand threateningly at them like a blade, “if you guys leave my shelves messy, I’ll kill you.”

He sweated nervously. “Got it.”

It started off normally, for the most part. The days passing by without you noticing anything much. Though that could have been because you were holed up in your workshop when not out doing your assigned duties. But you did notice that out of the pair of newbies, Boost looked increasingly nervous as the time passed. Once or twice, passing by the sleeping quarters’ hall, you did spy Penguin skulking around, sometimes by himself, sometimes with either Clione or Shachi or any other person he managed to rope into. You always made sure to look straight ahead and walk a little faster to pass it.

(Supplying them with a few items didn’t mean that you wanted to participate—and, more importantly, be caught up when Law came through and cracked down upon the antics.)

Tonight’s night shift included the daily navigation lookout duties, and additional maintenance things in the engines that you couldn’t get to while the Tang’s machinery was hot and active during the day. It was you, Uni, and Penguin, alongside the pair of newbies. One senior officer to a junior to show them the ropes, plus an extra pair of eyes on the ocean. Penguin was there to fetch you from your workshop, and the little smirk on his face was the only warning you got to prepare yourself for a night of mess as you met up with Slick and Boost

You were glad, though, that even though the first mate was mischievous, he still took his duties seriously. The first half of the time spent in the engines room passed by dutifully, with the two younger members learning what they needed to manage any emergency issues that might pop up. If they got assigned to a specific role, then they’d have more in-depth training later. But tonight was just a quick rundown for them to prepare for night shifts.

(You pretended not to notice the way Boost had a queasy look on his face and that Slick’s shoulders twitched every time something creaked or clanked. Law should give you an award for the best actor on the crew.)

“Now that you two’ve got the hang of it,” Penguin announced with a grin on his face. “Tailor’ll will watch over for a little bit. I’ve gotta go to the shitter!” 

You groaned, sending him a nasty look. “You’re filthy, Peng.”

He stuck his thumb on his nose and waggled his fingers at you before turning and leaving.

“Feel free to ask me anything if you need,” you said before wandering over to your area and opening the borrowed maintenance kit and extracted a screwdriver. “Remember, don’t overtighten anything, or you might crack the casing. Check for rust or leaks or any missing screws. This area tends to rattle a lot.”

“Got it!”

While Boost and Slick settled down in their quadrant. You unscrewed the panel of one of the deactivated filter tubes and stuck your head in, checking for clogs or debris. Not many others liked doing this particular task, especially after that one time Uni found a whole horde of spiders that stowed away from a previous docking, and the next month was spent battling eight-legged terrors. It took you hours to dust out and clear your workshop once you surfaced.

You shuddered and pulled yourself out, replacing the panels and making sure they were screwed on tight. There was a clank and a curse from the corner the newbies were working.

“You alright?”

“Where did my wrench go?!” Slick stuck his head out from behind the pipes, an aggravated look on his face. “Tailor, do you have an extra?”

“Let me see…” You rummaged through the mechanic's toolbox by your leg, grimacing as you pulled out an old, rusty one that Ikkaku swore up and down to have thrown away already. “Ugh… This is the only one…”

“It’s fine, I’ll take it.” Slick accepted it with a valiant grimace on his face and returned to his work.

Your attention was piqued after that, half-focused on the newbies in case anything else happened, and the other half keeping an eye out for the missing wrench. The lights flickered, and you frowned, casting a look overhead. You were halfway through putting a mental pin into notifying Ikkaku of the malfunction when the room plunged into darkness. There was a split second of surprise before your instincts kicked in, as you stilled, listening to the noises of the Tang around you. Electricity still hummed through the floors, and there was the very distant thrum of gears in action. That meant that the lights weren’t broken. Someone turned it off.

Steady footsteps approached you and through a weak trace of your Observation Haki you identified the familiar presence before you socked them.

Penguin tapped the back of your hand teasingly as he brushed by, aimed towards where the cursing newbies were, before his steps fell silent. Wise enough to expect the upcoming trouble, all the tools were packed up before they could become a tripping hazard in the dark.

Then it began. 

Due to its nature, sound tended to echo in the Tang, the metal walls and features bouncing and warping noises until it was night incomprehensible. Within the confines of the mechanical rooms, that fact doubled tenfold as a veritable din rang in your ears.

You were calm in the chaos as their footsteps and screaming approached you, chased along by ominous clanking and the frankly ridiculously scary laughter Penguin could produce. Hands grabbed onto either side of your shoulders, jostling you a bit, but you didn’t move even as the noises got nearer. Just when it sounded like it was right in front of you, everything cut off. The three of you were left in silence for a few moments, fingers digging into your shoulders and two forms that were too tall trying to huddle behind you. When the lights turned back on, you had two oversized males clinging to your back and a pair of wrenches sitting innocuously in front of your boots.

“I’m gonna piss my pants,” Slick muttered. He shook your shoulders a little bit. “H-Hey you didn't say that the sub’s got electrical problems at night. Isn’t that dangerous?”

“I’ll let the head mechanic know,” you drawled, nudging the wrenches with a boot. Raising your hands, you patted the hands on your shoulders conformtingly. “Anyway, your wrench’s back, Slick. Get back to work, you two. The faster we finish, the more time we can spend with Uni in navs. Don’t you worry, I’ll kick the ass of any other ghosts here.”

It was a blessing that you finished up the mechanical work easily, so that you could let Slick and Boost run back to the navigation room to huddle with Uni. Though, as punishment for letting you shoulder most of the work, you forced Penguin to stay back and double check everything.

“How do I look?” Penguin asked, turning to you, the borrowed mask secured on his face. It looked a little silly with his hat poking up behind it, but you were more focused on your work table.

You gave a long-suffering sigh as you rubbed the bridge of your nose, eyes not straying to him as you doubled checked the two boiler suits for any last-minute errors. “You asked me that already.”

“But you didn’t answer before!”

And you didn’t bother to answer this time, either. Huffing, you folded up the suits neatly, making crisp lines even though you knew that they would be unfolded soon. With that ready for Slick and Boost, you turned to drag out an old bedsheet from the infirmary that laid in your reuse bin.

“They’ll be here soon to pick up their boiler suits,” you informed the first-mate in a tired tone, handing him the fabric. 

“Thanks!” Penguin chirped, grabbing it. The dark cloth finally covered his hat when he threw it on, concealing his identity completely with the mask. The man then shuffled behind your couch, tucking himself behind there just in time as knocking announced the arrival of your guests.

Making sure that there wasn’t an errant corner of the sheet showing, you went to open the door to let the two newest members in.

“No ghosts outside!” Slick announced, chest puffed up. “So you don’t have to worry! If you’re still scared, I can walk you at night.”

After the night shift where you bore witness to them getting scared, Slick seemed to try and double down on his previous statement denouncing his fears, hiding his increasing nervousness behind false bravado.

“Right,” you said simply, a small smile on your face as you stepped aside to reveal the new uniforms on your desk. “Well, if you want to stop talking about ghosts and start looking at your boiler suits, they’re ready.”

Both males eagerly went for their uniforms.

“Damn, you made these?!?” Slick marvelled, picking up the suit and unfolded it.

“W-Wow it’s perfect,” Boost said.

You grinned at the pair’s awe, pride puffing out your chest a little. “I’m responsible for the crew’s uniforms. Or anything clothes related. If you need something, come to me.”

Caught up in the ego of praise, your spirits were high enough that you only smirked as you saw Clione and Uni peeking into the open doorway of your workshop, the former with a smirk and a wrench in his hands and the latter reaching for the lights. Your workshop was plunged into darkness at the same time that Clione slammed his wrench into something, creating a reverberating crash in the small space that elicited shrieks from the two in front of you. It got even more chaotic as your couch screeched, moving from its spot as Penguin crawled over the back of it. In the dimness, the mask and sheet truly did look ghastly, like an eerie apparition. Coupled with the shrieking noise you had no idea he could produce, you had to say that it was quite a good act.

Slick and Boost ran screaming out the door. Penguin turned around to give you a jaunty little salute before shooting out after them. “See ya!”

Sticking your head out the door, you yelled after them, “You better bring that back clean!”

Behind you, the drawl of your captain brought heat to your ears and cheeks. “Tailor-ya. Quite lively here.”

Stepping aside, you let Law into your workshop as you turned on the lights.

“Captain,” you greeted him. “Here to tell me off? Or Penguin to stop?”

“As long as it doesn’t interfere with your work, I don’t care what you do,” he drawled. “And isn’t this ‘good for raising team morale’?”

“The only thing it’s raising is my blood pressure,” you sighed.

“Sounds serious,” he deadpanned. “You know that too much salt in your diet tends to lead to hypertension.”

Your expression flattened as a distant scream echoed down the hall.

Though it was all in jest, none of you realized how close to home the story of a roaming spirit hit. In the corner of the ceiling, above the din and noise of all your antics, a transparent, ephemeral apparition looked on, the Polar Tang quietly rejoicing as her nakama expanding in numbers.

You swallowed then licked your lips. Eyes staring at him with heat. The two of you had played this game before and you were already getting wet at him playing along without any protest. You grinned devilishly at him, knowing what came next.

Law was barely even a foot to the other side of Zoro. Watching this occur. Piecing together what Zoro had meant with him enjoying the ride. As your eyes moved to Law, the heat behind them confirmed his theory, it wasn't anything exclusive between you and Zoro.

Your grin softened, deciphering his body language, his face, the flush on his cheeks. Whether he was interested in playing. “What do you say Law” the words sweetness off your lips. A complete chaos, Well mostly Luffy who would get excited and goofy setting the Christmas Tree and wanting to decorate it badly (Result: It's a disaster), Sabo and Ace were fighting on the background on who'll received the most highest exam score on their Chemistry and Math final examination score but after one hour they gave up and helped on preparing the decor

“Get out of my way” “No YOU get out of my way” Sabo and Ace would bicker while preparing the food to be placed on the table, Meanwhile Luffy will began to eat all of the food and will scold Luffy to not eat all of it. You will have to stop their fights but they won't listen at all

In the end, Garp when he came home he punch the three's head; Which result a swollen and they 'tried' to fix themselves to not receive the fist of love anymore

KID AND LAW

If you put a quiet and a loud man in one room what will happen? A fight. Kid wants to have a competition with Law to see who's the best at decorating the Christmas gifts which Law tried to ignore his challenge but secretly accepted it

They will test it out by challenging who has the best gift wrapping, You'll just laugh at their stupidity. Though Law will win with Kid being the worst one but you won't tell that.

Kid will be awkward when saying the simple “Merry Christmas” and it will take him many minutes or hours to finally say it. Law would be casual at it though

ROBIN AND NAMI

They're the most chilled out of everyone, Robin would cook while you help Nami decor the living room. There's one moment why you had bought lots of decors. Because more decors= more money

Robin will use you as her taste tester and ask if the food was too bitter, sweet, sour, etc. Robin would definitely tease you by her being the one who'll feed you and “Open wide” which will cause you to be embarrassed

Receiving hugs from them will be like as if an angel hugged you, They had the most soft and loving hugs! Nami would nuzzle her cheeks with yours and Robin putting her head on your shoulder (when in sitting position, them on opposite side of you)

SANJI

Christmas with him?= *chefs kiss, He's a best cook of course the table is full of his delicious meal, He'll be in his 'love mode' when you compliment his cooking

You want to do a work too but he keep on refusing and he will do the decorations also, The only thing you had done is basically washing the dishes

Watching the fireworks with him when it lit up while hugging each other close, He'll be warm and his face will have his smile which feels like an innocent person

SHANKS

He's too bored to do everything, Even if you want to he'll pout and mutter “it's alright you don't love me anymore” so the house may end up not designed

Shanks is fine if the house is nor designed, There isn't much food as long as he can cuddle with you and have you with him to complete the year he would be happy

It ended up with you two just ordering for a food and take a small stroll on the snowy park and might do a 'little entertainment' with him

ZORO

Same as Shanks, but won't really mind you preparing for the Christmas and will help if you're struggling of reaching the top

Zoro will buy many liquor. But since you said to limit what he buy he just bought two of it one for him and the other for you two to share

The Christmas with him may be boring and bland but he's happy to spend another Christmas with you two still together and loving each other
