I was wondering if any of you would be interested in buying a needle felted Siffrin, or even the whole set of characters? I currently only have Siffrins head done (my needle broke, rip 😔) so the plan is still very up in the air but I’ve always wanted to sell my crafts and am wondering if any of you think it’d be a good idea or not?

I’ll probably post a progress picture once I get a new felting needle and add some final details to the hair and face, so if you’re interested stay tuned! :)

Finally made my version of Batstarion! Because I love both bats and Astarion.

He is a scary and powerful vampire, as you can see. (I think I made him way too innocent-looking. Imagine him with little angry eyebrows, maybe)

Made mostly of felt/wool. I modeled him after a northern ghost bat rather than a vampire bat, sorry. Someday I'll make a more realistic, fully articulated version (perhaps a vampire bat), but bats are harder to make than I thought. Hope you like him!

The fun thing about the fact that the only visual fanart creations I'm any good at are sewing and needlefelt is that I have to figure out how to turn grown people characters into fluffy little guys.

I was wearing the lichen themed hair clip I made, while on a walk yesterday. I spotted some beautiful lichen and moss and decided to have an impromptu photo shoot. So here are a whole bunch of pictures of my hair clip alongside the organisms that inspired it, just because.

Plus 2 bonus pictures of lichen because I love it.

I wanted to enter an embroidery competition that was run by Domestika. And this is what I ended up coming up with. It is a lichen themed French barrett hair clip.

Prior to planning and making my embroidery I went on some walks and took some photos for inspiration.

I really love lichen it's such a strange thing. The physical structure of lichen is a fungi that clings to tree branches, rocks, and other solid surfaces. The fungi provides a home for a colony of tiny algae or cyanobacteria. The algae or cyanobacteria photosynthesize producing sugars and other molecules that they share with the fungi. These are what give the lichen its colours. So lichen isn't really one thing. It is a living collaboration of two completely unrelated organisms. It can survive desiccation and bounces right back with a little rain.

It looks a bit like coral and can be used to indicate air quality. Overall a fascinating and splendid amalgam.

I felted Sans this time :) He doesn’t have clothes yet, but I’m pretty happy with how it’s going! He’s able to move his arms, legs, and neck, but he’s 100% felt (no wire).

All of them would be handmade (depending on the character prices may vary) and they would be around 6-8cm I will also be making more characters later! Examples: - Hua Cheng - Fox!Hua Cheng - Error Sans - Ink Sans - Nightmare Sans Xie Lian was not included because he was rushed for an overdue art assignment, I will make another (better) one eventually lol I made a "$50+" option because @handfulofmoss screamed at me, blame them /j (The longest I've spent on one *cough* Hua Cheng *cough* was almost 10 hours to be fair-)

Work has been very busy lately, so now I'm suuuuper behind, but here's the second needle felted gift I made. It was supposed to be a husky, but it kinda looks more chinchilla-y with the tail... this was my first attempt without using step-by-step instructions, so I just kinda free-styled it.

Needle felting attempt 4! This is the first in the series I'm making as presents for other people. In my heart of hearts while I was making him he became Harry the Hedgy, but ultimately the name will be determined by their new owner. Hopefully identifiable as a hedgehog friend. On to the next one!

Oof, been a minute due to a minor hand injury and work being extra busy, but here's needle felting attempt 3! Still a little wonky, but I think I'm getting a little better! The fine details like the ears, hands, and stripes gave me some trouble, so I'll focus on improving those next! Wish me luck!
