Listen to yout favourite subliminals.

Create a moodboard.

Create a new peace of jewerly.

Give away the clothes you dont wear anymore.

Create a visionboard and look at it everyday while affirming.

Try a new makeup style.

Go out without doing your makeup.

Get used to your 'effortless' look; no makeup, lay clothes, tied hair.

Get used to failing and learn from your mistakes.

Be grateful for the simple things you're blessed with.

Listen to a podcast.

Go on a walk.

Choose your kind of 'perfection'.

Think about deep topics and write about it.

heyy so ive been asking around about this but i feel like the hardest thing for me to manifest is a certain face / appearance changes — not because it’s hard to manifest in itself but i can never decide on a df or desired features.. how’d you choose yours, if you don’t mind me asking ?

* I'm really hapy to answer this, because I could never choose a DF too! I saw Taylor Hill for the first time few months ago, and I just FELT - like in my heart - that i want to look just like her. Every time i wanted to change my DF, it was just for a small period of time (like when I watched Leon The Professional and wanted to look like Natalie Portman for one evening, but didnt do anything to actually look like her). My eyes, nose and face shape is naturally similiar to Taylor's, and I always felt insecure about these features of mine.

* When I saw Taylors face card absolutely EATING UPP these features i became more confident about my eyes, nose and face shape. I always wanted to have eyes like for example Adriana Lima or Megam Fox even though they're literally the opposite of mine, and after i tried manifesting their face I just looked weird, so when I saw Taylor I just FELT it. I was sure, even though for some time I didnt want to look like her cuz I wanted to (for example) have Brooke Shields eyes, but then I just went with what my heart wants🩷 She really 'fits' my face and i look way much better now!

* If you still struggle with choosing your DF, then make an image where every single DF (past and present) of yours is in it and choose whoever looks more like you and just FEELS right ! Good luck angel 🩷🪽

* PS. If you choose the DF that feels right and then suddenly want to change it, just stop trying to manifest looking like anyone for a while so you give yourself time if you actually want to look like that person you suddenly felt the need to do so, or if you wanna look like someone you choose before 🌺

* Today was, alright, I guess? I got my period yesterday after not having it for 5 months!! My stomach was kinda hurting all the time but not too much. My first two classes were P.E, we ran for an hour (11°C 😭) and then played volleyball. I love running but that was just.. brutal. The rest of my classes were okay.

* I decided to do a 3 day challenge. It's about listenning to subliminals/affirmation tapes and affirming all the time. Mine is about looking like Taylor Hill and being beautiful!

* After school I baked oatmeal cookies the first time in my life, they turned a bit burned and I put too little sugar in it, but they were fine after putting honey on them! I ate 11 at once LOLL

* I guess that's it, that day was like another average day. XOXO angels 🩷🪽

Hey! So I feel like I am crubliming financially... I just received an bill that is 1500 dollars and I dont have any income... I really need to manifest money (preferably more than I need to pay) and that FAST. And I have been going trought so much stress that I that my regualtion system is under stress all the time. I also tried anything and I now have belief that I cant manifest money. I want to get rid of this belief and manifest a large sum of money. Please help

Ok so I would suggest getting that stress off your shoulders because it seems like that stress is reinforcing the idea that you don't have money. But you've got to realize that you don't have anything to be stressed about. You already have the money. Having a mindset like this WILL attract money I promise you. Good luck!

Remember that your "desires" are already yours, so start acting like it!

Don't tell yourself "Oh I can't wait to see my results!" Girl, you already have them!!! They are yours! Stop telling yourself that they are absent and that you need to wait for them!

Don't just affirm to yourself and then slip in a thought about "Omg, when is all this affirming going to do something???" The affirming is doing something, because you have it already!

If your mind is telling you that you don't, just gaslight it!

I don't see results! What are you on about, I have my results already.

This isn't working! It already worked.

Why do I not sense any changes! Idk, because obviously there is changes.

Don't let your silly brain be fooled into believing that you don't have it yet, because it is yours.

"I have doubts." Too bad, you already have it.

"I'm not seeing results." Ok? Who cares, it's already yours.

"I'm giving up on manifesting for this." Why are giving up on something that you already have? Hello?

"I hope that I'll get my desire!" Stop hoping for it. That's like saying 'Oh wow, I hope that I can breathe tomorrow!'

"I need to do all these random methods to get my desire!" No you don't...

"Manifesting takes a lot of effort and concentration!" It doesn't have to... you're making it more difficult for yourself.

We overcomplicate manifesting so much when all you have to do is choose to have it.

So last night I consciously manifested something and I wanted to share it here!

So I was lying down in my bed, trying to go to sleep. I have an alarm clock, so I turned around, hoping to see 11:11 as the time. Unfortunately, it was 10:59. But when I turned away from it, I thought "I'll see 11:11," and after that I gave it like zero thought.

A couple minutes later, I was still relaxing, still trying to sleep when a little voice in me said "Check the clock." I turned around to check, and the time was 11:11. This thought came out of no where and I have a horrid internal clock, so it was a very small, but at the same time significant thing to me. I assumed that I would see 11:11 and I didn't have to affirm anywhere beyond that. Manifesting is literally that easy.

Stop obsessing over what you see in the mirror, although that's often easier said than done. The key to receiving your desires is to remember that you already have them! But maybe you struggle to "convince" yourself of something that you feel just can't be true. What works best for me is to constantly shut that little voice in my head down before it gets the chance. Although it sounds silly, maybe personify those doubts and make them seem weak, like something that begs for your attention but can never get it (I do this with my OCD intrusive thoughts too). Something that helped me was using my own method, The Letter Method.

Maybe you've done this and still don't feel like you're seeing anything. Well, remember that our physical reality isn't that real. The reality in our mind is. In the same way we are often told to disregard our imagination, we ought to do the same with the "real" world.

Ok, so awhile ago, I was super into shifting. Unfortunately, I had very little success. I decided that it was best for me to take a month long break from shifting. So I took a break, but it ended up being way more than just a month. I did stay more connected with LOA though (I believe that manifesting and shifting are the same, but I think of shifting as more sudden and profound). I joined Tumblr for the manifestation community but saw so many shifters here as well. That reminded me of my shifter "phase."

I want to try shifting again, but this time approach with a much more healthy mindset. I also think that it would be awesome since I have a better understanding of manifestation/LOA.

The only thing is that I have no idea where to shift to. Like I get that I can go literally anywhere, but that's why I'm overwhelmed. I was thinking maybe shifting to MHA (even though I'm not as involved in the series anymore, it would still be such a cool experience, no?), or common ones like fame/singer. Any suggestions would be great!

Quick note: I don't know if someone else has already done something like this. They probably have but its whatever.

This is for people who are good at/enjoy writing! Okay so first of all, identify your desire. It can be anything really. I personally would suggest choosing one things instead of a bunch of things but you can do that as well.

So now that you have your desire, act like you're the version of you that already has it. Get into that state of mind and really feel like that's who you are right now.

The next step is open any sort of writing app. I used Notion. Now write a letter to your old self, the one who doesn't have your desire. Write all of the details about how you got your desire, how you and people around you reacted to this. Really make it detailed and feel real (because it is).

I want to talk about how I felt doing this. Honestly it felt so strange. I really was the version of me who had my desire when I was typing out my letter, and honestly I still feel like that as I'm writing this post too. I think the more that I do this, the more I connect with this (the one who has the desires) version. I know for sure I will absolutely be doing this again!

1. Pizza. ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Two days ago, I was on the road with my mom and godmother, going to pick up my Samsung tablet. I really wanted pizza. I mentioned it to my mom, and she hit me with the classic: “we’ll have it next time.” Which, let’s be honest, usually means months or weeks later if I get lucky when everyone suddenly remembers. But I wasn’t fazed. I literally told myself, “eh, no worries, I already have pizza anyway.” This morning? My godmother texts me out of nowhere asking if I want pizza. I’m eating GOOD tonight. No crumbs, literally and metaphorically.

2. Weather change (no, seriously). ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎So it started pouring heavily as we were heading home. And while I love a good gloomy vibe, this wasn’t it—not when we’re driving and I'm terrified for my life because it's actually flooding. I just casually shifted my mindset like “the weather’s already clear, idk what you’re talking about.” Every time doubt tried creeping in, I mentally told it to shut up. And not even 5 minutes later? The rain started fading. The sky started clearing up. A few rebellious droplets tried to stick around, but the vibe had clearly shifted. LUVIT <3

3. My Samsung tablet (aka my artist side has been blessed) ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎This one is wild as fuck LMAO. Like a month or two ago, I was not in the best headspace, okay? My mindset was messy but I YOLO’d it anyway. I thought to myself, “yeah, I already have a tablet,” even though I knew I clearly didn’t. I let myself imagine it. I felt it. Doubts came in, sure, but I didn’t let them stay. Fast forward: my mom casually asks if I want a tablet because my other mom (yes I have two moms, yes they’re married, yes we slay) was planning to give me a Samsung S9 FE. I was so grateful, even though deep down, I realllyyyy wanted an S9 FE+—the exact one I had saved in my manifestation Pinterest board. And then boom. I recently unboxed it and I’m like, “wait… this isn’t the regular S9 FE…” IT WAS AN S9 FE+. Like girl. The exact model I wanted. That’s not coincidence, that’s alignment.

4. Hella good grades. ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Let me be clear: I didn’t just get good grades. I am the top student in my class. Point blank. I knew it. I expected it. I didn’t obsess, I didn’t doubt—I just let it be. Sure, I worked for it, but the mindset did half the job. I decided I’d have fun and win. And I did. A 96 average and a silver medal to show for it. But don’t get it twisted, babe. I didn’t achieve that because I was desperate or burnt out—I achieved that because I knew. I didn’t chase. I claimed. ˚    ✦   .  .   ˚ .      . ✦     ˚     . ★⋆.

You don’t need to hustle for crumbs when you’re made for the full-course feast. You don’t need to compromise just because the world tells you to be “realistic.”

You just need to decide. Live like it's done, because it’s already done.

A parade from the universe with confetti and a trumpet section going “Here comes your manifestation!”? No. That’s not how this works. You're not a detective trying to solve a missing person’s case. You're the author of the damn book. You don’t need to check if the plot is working out—you write it, remember?

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ “But Mercy!! Everyone says manifestation is instant, why hasn’t my 3D adjusted yet??”

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎YES. IT IS INSTANT. But if you keep checking the 3D with this little skeptical side-eye like, “Why hasn't it happened?”, what you're actually doing is saying, “I assume it’s not here.” Boom. Guess what the law says? “You’re the boss, babe. Not here it is.” THAT'S the assumption you're persisting in. Not “It’s done,” but “It’s not done yet.” See the problem?

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ "But Mercy! I need to have my desired life before I—"

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Before what? Before you’re allowed to chill? Before you can stop being anxious? Before you’re finally allowed to believe you’re worthy? Babe. You’re literally saying you don’t have it right now. You're telling yourself that you need to get there. That’s the assumption. You're camping in the land of “I don’t have it yet.” And guess where the law of assumption will keep you? Yup. Right there. In Old-story-ville. Population: you.

𓈒ㅤׂㅤ𐙚 ࣪ ⭒ “But Mercy! I’ve been persisting for so long and NOTHING has changed in the 3D!"

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎GIRL. Sweetheart. Listen. You LITERALLY just affirmed nothing has changed. That’s what you're clinging to. That's the version of reality you're choosing. You could say “I know it’s done no matter what I see,” but instead you’re going “I’m not seeing anything change!” Like, baby, you are affirming LACK. You are manifesting more of nothing happening. You see how that loops?

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎You are not broken. You are not failing. You’re just stuck in the OLD STORY ADDICTION. Yeah, I said it. You keep feeding your energy to the version of you that doesn't have what they want. And why? Because it's familiar? Safe? You get to complain a bit longer? You think whatever you're manifesting for is too good to be true? Cute. But no. We’re done with that.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎You know how to break the loop? You stop giving a damn about what the 3D looks like. You let it be. You live your life. You live like it’s done because it IS. The only reason it hasn’t shown up is because you keep babysitting the assumption that “It’s not here.” And surprise surprise—that’s exactly what shows up.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎You can have doubts. You can cry. You can have off days. That’s NORMAL. You're human. But stop using your doubt as an excuse to spiral back into the same old version of yourself who doesn't believe. Doubt isn’t the problem. Living in it is.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Let it go. Live. Touch some grass. Get a snack. Rewrite your story. Assume you already have it and STICK TO IT. That’s literally all it takes. You're not a failure. A sweet little reminder for you guys ~ I like posting reminders for the community because I know there are those just like me.

˚    ✦   .  .   ˚ .      . ✦     ˚     . ★⋆. ࿐࿔    .     ˚     *     ✦   .  .   ✦ ˚      ˚ .˚    ✦   .  .   ˚ .             ੈ✧̣̇˳·˖✶ ✦   I. DOUBTS It’s completely okay to feel uncertain. It’s completely okay to feel frustrated. It’s completely okay to vent. But let me remind you — every successful LOA blogger, every seasoned manifester have been where you are, hell even I'm still at the "beginning of my journey". Thanks to @gorgeouslypink (I read their doubts post and it's so helpful xx), my perspective on doubts have changed. Doubts are a natural part of the journey; when we drown ourselves in too much information or overcomplicate what is, at its core, beautifully simple — these doubts are bound to form. But here’s the truth: you are the one in control. The 3D isn’t here to defeat you — it’s here to challenge you, to test your resolve. And every time you rise above it, you prove your power. Imagine yourself as the CEO of your reality. You don’t need techniques, success stories, or endless methods. You only need you.

II. 'HOW TO?' You don’t need to chase or search for endless “how-to” guides! The only thing that truly matters is understanding the essence of LOA and following what resonates with you. Do what feels natural and empowering. For me, the I AM state is what makes me feel comfortable, it's what resonates with me. But even if I "haven't entered" it, I know that the 3D is just reflecting a temporary illusion. The reality? It’s already done. Always has been. Trust in that. It really is that simple.

III. SUBCONSCIOUS Your subconscious mind is the limitless power behind your reality, faithfully shaping your world according to your deepest assumptions and beliefs. It does not argue, question, or resist — it simply accepts what you impress upon it as truth and reflects it back into your 3D experience. This is why Neville Goddard taught that imagination is the key to creation. Your only job is to decide what you wish to experience, accept that it is already yours, and believe that your subconscious will effortlessly bring it to life. There are no limits, no obstacles — only the reality you "currently claim" as true. The moment you fully accept your desire as done, the 3D rearranges itself to make it so.

IV. THE LOA COMMUNITY In this journey, you will come across those who try to shake your beliefs — people who lie about their experience, gaslight, and spread doubts, whether intentionally or out of their own limiting beliefs. Some will tell you it’s impossible, that you’re doing it wrong, that you need to struggle or anything that is quite literally limiting. But here’s the truth: you are the operant power. The Law is always working, whether you believe in it or not, so why not choose to believe in your own limitless nature? If someone tries to plant seeds of doubt, remind yourself that you get to define what is true. You have the power to assume they are simply mistaken, and in doing so, their words hold no weight in your reality. The essence of the Law of Assumption is simple — what you accept as real must and will become your experience. So stand firm in your knowing. No external noise can take away the truth: you are already everything you desire to be.

V. VICTIM MENTALITY The moment you see yourself as a victim, you give away your power. It’s easy to fall into the trap of blaming circumstances, doubting yourself, or feeling stuck and helpless — but none of that defines you. The truth is, you are not powerless. You are in control! Your assumptions shape your reality, and the story you tell yourself is the one that plays out. So ask yourself — are you reinforcing limitations, or are you stepping into the version of you who knows they are in charge? The past doesn’t matter. The doubts don’t matter. The only thing that matters is what you choose to accept as true right now. Let go of the excuses. Let go of the old story. You are far more powerful than you’ve been giving yourself credit for, and the second you decide to own that, everything changes.

VI. HOPING/MAYBE/TRYING Hoping, trying, and saying maybe WILL KEEP YOU STUCK IN A CYCLE. They imply uncertainty, hesitation, and a lack of trust in your own power. When you say, "I hope this works," or "I'll try," you're unknowingly affirming that you’re not sure if you can have what you want — and that doubt reflects in your reality. Manifestation isn’t about hoping and trying; it’s about deciding and accepting. The moment you shift from “I hope” to “I know” and from “I’ll try” to “It’s already done,” everything aligns. There is no room for uncertainty when you recognize that you are the one in control. Let go of the in-between. Choose certainty. The version of you who has it all isn’t hoping — they are living it.

VII. SUMMARY You are the operant power, the one in control of your reality. Doubts, external noise, and even the lies of others cannot take away what is already yours — unless you let them. Hello,

Everyone just coming to report some recent things I've manifested outside of the void. I've been taking a break trying to enter the void. I realized once I kept making that a priority I stopped having Sleep Paralysis which is my gateway. Now that I've been focusing on manifesting outside the void, I've started having sleep paralysis again. I'm going to continue focusing on manifesting outside the void, until my mind naturally in the sleep paralysis state suggest the void and that way it will be natural not forced and a great launch pad for entering the void. (Drink everytime I typed "manifesting outside the void")

Hello,

1. Receiving my income tax by mail quickly! Less than two weeks from the time it was mailed out.

2. Passing my apartment inspection after failing the first time for compliance reasons.

3. Getting back more than I was suppose to receive when cashing my taxes. The clerk gave me 80 dollars more and I didn't notice even after she counted the money right in front of me. It was bizarre when I recalculated my money once I got home, and I could've swore the lady counted out the amount that was on my tax refund amount online, I kept recalculating to see if I was just miscounting but no... Hopefully it was a glitch in the system as I've been listening to money subs and happened to go to sleep to one the night before.

i never hear anyone talk about how overwhelming it can be to wake up with your desires one day after so long, i’ll speak about my void state success story, when i first entered it. i wont tell you what i manifested since i explained it to an ask. yeah waking up after doing the void state and getting all you want is a pleasant thing but can we talk about how overwhelming it is to literally have you reality just shifts like that? because when i woke up the next morning after inducing the void state my heart genuinely stopped for about 10 seconds and i’m not even exaggerating, because everything was just different? i wasn’t in the same room i was before. LIKE LITERALLY WHEN I WOKE UP I FORGOT I HAD MUSIC PLAYING THE OTHER NIGHT AND RIBS JUST STARTED PLAYING out of nowhere. i like to think of ribs (the song guys) as a new beginnings song, even though the song symbolizes bittersweet memories and friendship. the new beginnings feeling is just my personal feeling. so as ribs was playing i started crying hard on the spot. congratulating myself for reaching this huge milestone, i took in my new environment and cried harder, i sound dramatic but thats just how it was for me. i was shaking and not from fear just from extreme excitement. when i went look in the mirror i cried so much more, everything about me just screamed different, i’m sorry i keep repeating “different” so much because thats literally what it was. everything was just different. i kept repeating to myself “please don’t let this be a dream” over and over, doing everything i can so i’d be sure it wasn’t a dream, when i accepted it wasn’t a dream i went scream into my pillow and started jumping around my brand new room like a hyperactive puppy. thoughts were running everywhere “oh the new memories i’ll make” “i’m finally happy” “its over now” “i can’t wait to see what this new life has in store for me”. i didn’t touch my phone the entire day after waking up with a brand new reality. i barely touch my phone now but i still try to help people on tumblr so they can finally accept their power. i’m not saying i woke up with a terrible/bad overwhelming feeling it was more of a “oh my god theres no way” type of overwhelming feeling. i wanted to share my void state success story with the world but from seeing some liars that were caught (no im not a liar) i was scared people would deem me as a liar because they would “demand” proof. or assume “im lying for attention”. but no this is me coming to you with full honesty that i’ve manifested my dream life, i can still be on social media but that doesn’t automatically make me a liar. if you truly believed in LOA then you wouldn’t have to dwell on solely getting proof for your own satisfaction to really know the law is real. THE LAW IS REAL, THE VOID STATE IS REAL, YOU ARE ALWAYS PURE CONSCIOUSNESS, IMAGINATION IS EVERYTHING, SHIFTING IS REAL, MANIFESTING IS REAL, YES YOU CAN MANIFEST WHATEVER YOU WANT, YOU ARE LIMITLESS.

live in imagination, stop looking for more information, stop starting over, stop giving up, stop doubting, stop looking for the 3D for proof, look within for proof. time isn’t real but yes your clock is ticking, break the pattern or the loop WILL repeat tomorrow. you’re destined for success.

you already have your desires the moment you say you do, so congratulate yourself you finally made it the end! don’t ask “where is it” don’t ask “how” because you simply have all it in imagination. imagination is your source make it your home! fall in love with it, i won’t even call it desires anymore because you claimed them so now they’re just part of your daily life! for example if you say “I have 70 million dollars” then wow you have 70 million dollars! in imagination. go experience having 70 million dollars in imagination and know that you now have 70 million dollars. if you’re the person to think feeling is key then also feel as if you have 70 million dollars. don’t think against it don’t even complain saying “ugh im so broke” don’t do that, all you have to do is acknowledge you have it in imagination then relax and move on with your day, persist in that assumption, persistence doesn’t mean affirm until you’re tired, or affirm to “make things come faster” or to just try to get something in the 3D. its just not taking NO for an answer. its not affirm until you get its affirm as you see it. you’re the one who controls the when, where and how. if you’re letting the 3D do that for you then you won’t see any change, this is why we always say make your own rules for reality. MY rules are very simple.

have a desire , give it to myself in the 4D, persist and affirm in imagination.

its that simple! you don’t need to make manifesting feel like a chore, because in reality you’re not manifesting ANYTHING, you’re switching your awareness to something you already have. in simpler terms you’re just remembering that you have what you want already. to live in the end always always ALWAYSSS go to the end goal in imagination. you don’t need to focus on progress because manifesting is never a progress. its all instant. i’m not one to care about self-concept because i became a master at manifesting with a dull self concept. if you think you need self concept feel free to use it! remember its just my beliefs. manifesting is supposed to be fun and easy, don’t limit yourself to only one assumption, you can make a billion assumptions if you want and you will immediately have them all in imagination because inner man is the one that truly matters. the 3D is a mirror to the 4D so your success is inevitable. meaning you’re 100% guaranteed success! because you as god are in deserving of a paradise life. (sorry to the religious people if you don’t like being called god). just relax and breathe now, your suffering and misery are finally over now, you have what you once wanted, now live life without fear or panic, you have it, it’s already done. always look within for proof.

Hi my sweet loa girlies!!! Today I introduce you to my tape listening challenge + some other stuff. The main purpose of this challenge is seek change within/inside, reprogram your subconscious mind and get rid of your old habits like doubts, anxiety, fears, etc. And for starters changing inside is not easy but with help of @adambja's free tapes, we will do it in a week!

ღ A result from me:

I have been listening to those tapes for 5 days. They mainly target your subconscious mind and psychological behaviors. Those tapes are made to work with your body and mind. Even though these have only 10 benefits each (the paid ones have 100+), the results are amazing!

Before listening to the tapes: I was mentally limited. I was still scared of my past. So much anxiety, what if I fail and nothing happens? Or wondering if I’m doing good enough or something wrong etc…

After 5 days of constant listening: My fears, anxiety, doubts are completely removed! Even when I start to overthink my brain automatically starts thinking “No honey you are the operant power, 3D is made from 4D remember??”. Honestly I feel so much calm and relieved. Plus so many benefits you don’t even know yet!

♯ Listen to @adambja 's free tapes 6 times a day for a week. You can only listen to one or all of them, your choice. They have free tapes (specifically targeted to reprogram your subconscious mind) for general self-concept, money manifesting and being in control of SELF. Where and how do you get it? dm them for the tapes. They will ask questions and make sure you use it right. ⚠️Remember to read the instruction before start listening to it!

♯ Make a note for each listen to track how many times you listened (like the picture below but doesn't have to be exact same).

♯ You can also journal how you feel after listening to the tapes. Journaling is a great way to let your feelings out of your system. Being human isn't easy because of our constant change of our moods and feelings. I personally love writing, it helped me a lot to understand myself more.

Inspired by @/pinksssecret, I highly recommend you to do EFT tapping and psych-k. Why? Because these methods help me to calm down and focus more. I deserve to live a soft life/my dream life/ my desired life, etc.

Check this success story out! I think using pinterest to manifest is great for beginners, or if you still have doubts, and making pinterest board while listening to this subliminal is another enjoyable extracurricular activity.

But my tip, you create your own rules and routines. Don't make it too hard to follow but also make sure it's effective. I made my own routines from what I saw on Tumblr, so you can too!

ღ Our goal:

Being constant is our number one goal. And of course, observe yourself more, your inner dialogue, how you see yourself in relation to the world (self concept), how you feel about manifesting, entering the void after listening to it. The moment you start listening to these tapes, instant change is made in your subconscious mind!

Costumamos a pensar que a causa de nossas vidas é externa, e que devemos mudar por meio da força, mas isso não é a verdade, a verdade é que a causa é interna, e quando se percebe isso e muda sua identificação com o interno, então resolvemos o grande problema. A causa é você e sua imaginação, por exemplo: imagine que tudo deriva de um único ponto, e que todas as coisas são um borrão empurrado pra fora desse ponto, é isso oque eu quero dizer, toda sua vida é expressa pelo interno. Tudo se origina de um único ponto, você deve se dar oque quiser na imaginação, "mas eu ainda não vejo" você deve apenas se dar na Imaginação, assuma esse fato, vá até o fim, ocupe ele, por exemplo: o fim é uma vaga de carro, e seu SER é o carro, e então você deve estacionar alí, e então você começa a pensar a partir do fim, todo o seu "carro" começa a ser modificado pelo fim, pense assim: você tem se dar oque quiser em sua mente, se sentir em paz em relação ao seu desejo, você deve experimentar isso dentro, e então se sentir em paz e realizado ao oque experimentou na imaginação, e isso se realiza, você está recebendo oque está se dando na imaginação, e então? Quer fazer da sua vida o paraíso ou o inferno? Lembre-se, leve seu carro ao fim, a causa não é externa, você não deve mudar a meio de força, mas por identificação interna, não tente, SEJA!

Medo? Você está criando isso. Felicidade? Você cria isso também!!!! Identidades - identificações com possibilidades/versões de si mesmo que já têm/são isso. Esses são basicamente estados de consciência, é o que Neville relatou. E desses estados, sua vida flui, independentemente de você querer ou não, você está sempre em um estado, você está sempre atribuindo ideias ao EU, e isso muda o mundo, porque muda o EU, uma vez me fizeram uma pergunta no meu Tellonym sobre não ver a personificação física da sua manifestação, e eu respondi algo semelhante: "você deve internalizar o SER antes que ele tenha evidências em seu mundo, se você é, você é, e você não precisa de confirmação para ser, ter seu desejo é ter seu desejo, você não se pergunta se você terá, porque você já aceitou que você tem." Aceitar que você tem estado de realização de desejo, é quando você ocupa o fim em sua imaginação, quando você entra no estado de realização de desejo, você não se pergunta, você apenas vive na ocupação do fim. Mas o ponto aqui é ver, e remover todos os rótulos, quem está vivenciando isso? Quem é esse ser? O eu interior, o EU SOU. Você é sempre maior do que o que está criando em sua imaginação, então você sempre pode descartar um estado/identidade, e se identificar com outro, você é livre do EU SOU. Um estado de medo causa pensamentos de medo, ações de medo, ideias de medo, e até mesmo cenas de medo, parecerá natural para você ter medo, porque você o internalizou e SENTIU isso dentro de si. Os estados ditam tudo sobre sua vida, suas ações, sua fala, tudo! O mundo pode colocá-lo em estados se você permitir, uma pessoa vai à igreja, e então o profeta diz "você está curado" a pessoa, tendo fé nas palavras, aceita que já está curada, internaliza SER/TER isso, e é curada, ela mudou o mundo? Não. Ela aceitou que já era assim, e foi, e isso mudou o mundo, porque o mundo reflete o EU, e ela moldou o EU. Eu sou.
