I have a theory based off what I’ve seen so far from your tumblr. MC tried to infiltrate the rebellion, started believing their cause so they started to truly help. When they got caught the blowback fell hard onto the rebellion (which is why they are hated by G),but so the high council or whatever they’re called (assholes seems a fitting term) couldn’t figure out what the MC learned while they were working with the rebels MC erased their own memories. I’m assuming people in Tartarus hate MC more for the fact of who they were BEFORE the rebellion rather than the aftermath of MCs choices.

LE GASP 😮 I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS THEORY 😍 IT'S AMAZING AND HONESTLY QUITE TERRIFYINGLY CLOSE TO WHAT I HAVE ENVISIONED FOR THE MC 😜

Indeed the MC was quite deep in the rebels cause so the blowback from their actions actually ended up devastating the entire rebellion. The Hightable (assholes is quite the fitting term for them) cracked down HARD on the rebels, with a complete bloodbath and one sided massacre which lasted over two years (all the while MC was left in a coma) in the end leaving behind only small slivers of the opposition who now hide in the dirtiest corners of Elysium, struggling to survive each day. Quite understandable why they hate the MC for that 😞 especially G.

Fuck yeah deranged obsession is hot but pure devotion and love? that is the glory, going to romance E so hard I'll feel like it for a year!

The last time they met before MC's disappearance, they promised to come back for E. once they were done with their mission, however they failed and lost all their memories including those with E. E. has been waiting for the past 3 years for MC, and now that you're back, they won't let you go. And they won't forgive those who harmed you either, even if it means going against the entire Hightable and the world at that.

Tbh of all the given RO's, including Nikita, Leo, and G., E. is only one who truly loves and appreciates MC for the way they are, rather than seeing them as a possession or plaything for the sake of entertainment.

Although you described the relationship themes with the Ros and MC. Could you describe the relationship themes between the RO’s for the poly routes?

Hmmm I'm not quite sure what you mean 🤔, but I'll try to answer your question to the best of my abilities 😁

1. The Cellmate and The Friend : that's the classic bold and shy OTP you got there. MC can act boldly towards one and shyly to the other, feel free to let your imagination go wild 😜

2. The Warden and The Master : one way to describe this would be "You are mine and no one else's" so it'll be a constant tug of war between these two. Basically a competition of who can pamper MC the most and get praises. Jealousy can run high here

3. The Protector and The Master : it's a simple master servant relationship, with one side serving the other to their best needs, whatever way possible 😉

4. The Rebel and The Cellmate : it'll be a very complicated relationship, where all parties will have to get past their past greviances and faults to actually get together rather than be stuck in a toxic relationship

Theory N1: First I thought mc was like a special forces agent but since you said they were a criminal from the beginning I guess not but! was mc hired to infiltrate the rebels and bring some type of intel? but maybe mc got too deep, or wanted to sell their info for a higher offer, or started to believe the rebel cause (but I guess not if they left pissed off rebels) and mc erased their own memories as a safe?

That's a very interesting theory i must admit! You were correct on the 'they started believing the rebels cause' part but unfortunately the rest is a straying away a bit ehe 🤭 but that's a very nice theory there and I quite like it! But it seems people have misunderstood when I stated that the MC is legally considered a criminal,I mean their past actions do make them one (or something even worse than that), but then again anyone who goes against the Hightable is one. I'll just say this, and it might be a little too spoilery, but the MC held a lot more power one could imagine before they were thrown off their pedestal for plotting against the Masters.

Over and all I really liked this theory and I hope that there can be more such theories! I love reading what you guys have thought about the MC's secret past

Other than the ones mentioned in the intro, no. Primarily because of their low compatibilities. You wouldn't want a snake and mongoose (referring to the Master and Rebel) on the same dinner table would you?

Oh boy I can assure you that G. will be VERY unhappy when they meet MC. Will most likely try to kill them before eventually realizing that MC has no recollection of them, then stop and think for while. They'll probably try to help the MC get their memories back so that they can dig them out for information then kill them again, cause they do hold a very deep grudge against the MC. Most of the rebels do, after the shitshow they left behind them.

Legally, by the law of Elysium, yes MC is technically a criminal, and a branded traitor (although most of the RO's don't know that, excluding Leo, Nikita and E.) They engaged in activities which safe to say... were less than righteous and ideal. Anddd they pissed off pretty powerful people up there which further led to their decline. Saying anything more would be too spoilers eh heh 😜

Are we going to have any variations for MC abilities other than Conscious Manipulation? Memory loss is no doubt a big factor in accessing any complex knowledge (such as high education), but what about something more basic? Like muscle memory: MC discovering that they are apparently good at fighting the moment they were attacked, or MC tinkering with a weapon/some machinery and discovering that they are actually familiar with it on more than a basic level.

Oh yes that is going to be a thing, where the MC will subconsciously react to their circumstances and quite possibly do things like idk, firing a gun or breaking someone's arm without actually meaning to. Their muscle memory will be pretty strong to the point sometimes they themselves won't be able to hold themselves back from doing something they do not want to.

As time goes on and their memory slowly creeps back in, expect the MC to become more than a badass 🤭

How graphic are you expecting the gore to be, and/or is it going to be skippable?

Oh it can be pretty gory, depending on the circumstances and how you see it. Body horror could be included too in the future but thats still under consideration for now, but it will be skippable so you needn't worry 😀

Canonically, the MC is ambidextrous. But they're also a very terrible artist (can make even a stick figure look disfigured)

Has an insane tolerance towards alcoholic beverages and poisons

They're also very competitive (can make even walking a competition if that was possible)

MC is missing a couple of their nails on both hands (possibly has something to do with their past)

Is a notoriously light sleeper, even the slightest sound of a door swinging open will wake them up
