Какая-то АУ с Олежей. Тут он при жизни был учёным-химиком, его убили в той самой комнате, где через несколько лет и поселился Димас. То, что у него один глаз чёрный, значит, что у призрака какая-то штука с раздвоением личности, вроде он нормальный и добрый учёный, который помогает людям, такая же булочка с маком, как в оригинале, но каким-то образом он превращается в монстра с чёрными глазами, который хочет распространить везде радиацию. Дима пытается как-то его от этого оградить.
В низу Олежа пытается доказать Диме вредность энергетиков, но, видимо, делает это слишком заумно...
По ходу дела, я нарисовала за минут 40 страницу комикса по аушке духа моей общаги...
