Going through art block so I'm redesigning some of the skylanders I own (i know im old and the fandom is dead but i love these funky little dudes)

No way I just saw someone say the arcane fandom is dead. Like tell me you don't know what a dead fandom is without telling me you don't know what a dead fandom is.

Me when my fixation on Simulacra the game back from 2020-2022 has comes back again to bite me and start simping over its voice. I love the first one specifically

And yes I do indeed ship Pretender/The Protagonist with Spark Simulacra aka Simtender

And yes you can indeed search up Simulacra x Pretender and you will find my old artworks on DA from 2020 with my own design for Spark. My old art is cringe though and I do intend to redesign it soon to fit into the Inkblot looks nd Virus look like how I always saw it. I think very hard about the design.

I do ofc also have designs for Flappee Bird and Kimera/Rippleman.

Please Simulacra fans that are still somehow alive in this fandom talk to me I’m so in love with the game and wanna potentially roleplay and discuss about it.

I know this fandom is probably dead, but I`ve recently watched the movies and I just couldn`t help it. It´s my first ship and I love it so much.

the fandom may be small, but within me i have 1000 people worth of autistic special interest and each one of them is writing their own AO3 fics (like those infinite monkeys with the typewriters)

god i hate writing for this stupid fucking fandom.

no one knows what the hell is going on. the timeline is all over the place. my favourite character (wet cat archaeologist with visions) gets taken into custody and we never see her again. no one ages. those Fuckass Drones break the laws of physics so hard I have to add magic into the worldbuilding so it doesn't all fall down

Damn, this fandom is dead...

So for its ten-year anniversary (January 15, 2015), I wrote and posted (lately I might add, January 16) a Joeliana fic about grief, loss, and moving in between the end of S3 and S4.

Looking at ao3, the last Joeliana which was also an obergruppana fic which is unfinished.

So I say this as a final goodbye to Joeliana; a final fic depicting Juliana's grieve and final goodbye and conclusion that we deserve after the shithole that was S4.

once again, thank you high castle, especially Joeliana, and the people who played them (Alexa Davalos and Luke Kleintank) and to Frank Spotnitz (responsible for writing some of the best mulder/scully scenes) who unintentionally created the best ship in the show. Thanks to Joeliana I have became a shipper and more importantly, a writer. It's been fun but's time to move on, Joeliana may have never been endgame but I'm glad that we were able to see that they do have that love and could've had it all if it wasn't for fate.

I redrew this unfinished drawing of Kawaii Chan and Garroth from my street. i went off memory on this and i took creative liberties on Kawaii Chans outfit cuz i fr forgot what it looked like.

this fandom makes me feel like a feral monkey thrashing around in its enclosure, every once in a while im satiated with a banana (fanart and hcs/fics) but then after so long i go right back to committing acts of violence (spamming and annoying everyone)

Omg its been so long since I don't post here, well, I am on the Toh fandom now, joined in january/end of 2022. Also I am on the TDP fandom too, Toh being my hyperfocus right now.

Kinda sad to be honest because the fandom is pretty dead, due to the show ending early.

Random take I have/Mini rant:

I don’t believe in “dead fandoms”, if you like it and the fandoms no longer active, then just enjoy it. I don’t give a F if a fandom has been inactive for years, even decades it will either spring back or it won’t. I’m not going to be one of those people who abandon something I love because there’s no new content or it’s not seen as cool anymore. If any fandom in the past had the same “it’s not cool/trending anymore, time to jump ship” attitude like some fandoms have today, less things would be discovered/created

less communities

less content (fan made or otherwise)

less artists

Less fanart

less fanfic writers

Less stories

Nothing fun online would exist
