Hi! I'm the anon that requested a while ago the Xeno/Stanley/jewel maker asexual. Loved the story you made for it, thank you so much ♡

If you feel like writing, my request would be Xeno and/or Stanley spending time with their gn!reader romantic partner, who's spending time in party or somewhere where there's a lot people. For a moment they get separated and then they find them being kissed and being far too close to someone.

Despite the smile and laugh reader does, the person is total stranger for them and trying to keep the stranger rather talking than kissing them. The reader is feeling very overwhelmed and silently pleading someone to get them out of the situation because they are afraid ro tell no and leaving is hard from the tight hug the stranger has them in and they don't want to resolve in violence.

After the intervention the reader would very much want to be more close to Xeno/&Stan and have more familiar closenes and affection after that unpleasant attention.

This request could be a follow up for the previous story but this can also be entirely it's own thing. I just wish to read Xeno and/or Stanley being protective over their romantic ace partner and soothe them calm with hugs and soft kisses ;w;

Am I happy with how this turned out? No not totally. However, I got it done and that's a good thing right?

Potential content warning for harassment

The car was silent.

There were no words spoken, no music playing through the speakers, nothing. Just pure and tense silence. No one knew what to say, where to even start, or if they should have a discussion at all. It hadn’t been your fault, that much all three of you knew. But even still. Stanley did just beat someone near to death in front of so many people.

The party had been going so well. You’d been having fun being out with the two of them, drinking and just being merry. But then you’d gotten separated, and someone had taken advantage of that. He’d pulled you aside, clung to you, and even kissed you without your permission. You’d tried to be calm and casual, tried to laugh off his actions as something done because he was totally inebriated. But no matter how hard you’d tried, he hadn’t wanted to let you go.

You’d made eye contact with Stanley, who had been looking for you, from across the room. He’d seen the building panic in your expression and snapped, rushing to your aid and putting the other man practically through the wall. It was easy to forget how viciously protective he could be sometimes.

A long sigh breaks the silence that had been sitting between you all for the past several minutes.

“Before you start-” Stanley speaks first, but gets cut off.

“Just what were you thinking?” Xeno asks. “There were better ways to handle that situation.”

“Heat of the moment,” Stanley says, earning himself another long, frustrated sigh. Xeno hadn’t seen what happened, but he’d been made aware of it.

“Regardless, you should have known better,” Xeno says.

“Yeah, I got it. I won’t do it again.”

You stay quiet in the back seat, just staring out the window until the car parks at your apartment, and the three of you head inside.

You get Stanley an ice pack for his bruising knuckles, moving around your shared space to keep yourself busy. You didn’t want to think about what had happened, or what could have happened, if someone hadn’t stepped in. Sure, it could have been handled non-violently, but at least you were safe.

Stanley’s voice calling your name startles you a little. He was sitting on the couch, one arm thrown over the back of it while the other rested on one of your throw pillows.

“C’mere,” He says, waving you over. You shuffle to his side, plopping down next to him when he pats the cushion next to him. He wraps the arm that was once on the back of the couch around you, and pulls you close. “You okay?”

You hesitate to answer the question for a moment. Were you okay? The man from the party hadn’t harmed you in any way. At least, not physically. You weren’t bruised or even had a single red mark from where he’d been grabbing at you. All you really suffered was the unwanted kissing and invitations to “take this upstairs.”

“I don’t know,” You admit softly. “I didn’t know what to do the whole time I just…”

“It’s alright,” He presses a soft kiss into your hair. Featherlight, like he’s worried he’ll break you.

“Thank you,” You murmur.

“Anytime,” He says. You curl into his side, feeling safer than you had all night. Stanley was always good at helping you to feel secure. Another body drops on your other side, Xeno scooting close as well.

Sandwiched between them, something new builds in your chest. The numbness that had been there before was fading into realization. You’d been scared. So scared. And now that you were home and safe and with the two people you loved most, your relief was flooding out of you. Tears form in your eyes, and though you try to will them away, they still fall down your cheeks.

Xeno shushes you gently, Stanley hugs you closer. Neither of them tell you not to cry.

“You know what I think?” Xeno asks. “I think we should get cleaned up, and get into bed.” Stanley nods in agreement, shifting so that he can stand. You’re pulled to your feet as well, and marched towards the bathroom.

They don’t shower with you, mindful of the boundaries you’d placed at the beginning of your relationship, but once you’re done they tuck you in bed first with some snacks and a bottle of water before going and cleaning up and changing as well.

While you wait, you think more about tonight, wondering if there was more you could have done. If you’d been more firm, maybe he would have left you alone. Maybe he wouldn’t have tried to force himself on you.

It wasn’t your fault. You had to remind yourself of that. You hadn’t asked for him to bother you, and you’d tried to direct him away when he started getting too friendly. The situation wasn’t on you, it was solely on him.

Your loves join you in bed finally, each laying on opposite sides of you like always. They liked sleeping together like this with you, liked just getting to be close. It had taken some time for you to get comfortable with it, but now you weren’t sure you could sleep alone unless you absolutely had to. They never asked for more than what you offered.

They let you pick whatever you want to watch on the little bedroom television, and the three of you just veg out together for a while. Stanley holds your hand in his bruised one, running his fingers lightly across your palm. Occasionally, Xeno presses a featherlight kiss to your shoulder or head. It’s soft, quiet affection that they give. Whispers of promises that no matter what, they were always there. Always by your side. Always willing to step in when you were scared.

I know this is cliche (i love cliche plots and details!!!) but what if xeno and stanley had partner who gets into an accident that leads them to have amnesia? Having no memory of themselve or who anyone is or where they even are like... everything is just weird, new and feels unfamiliar! Would you write stan and xeno trying to make their partner remember them again, to help them return their memories? (Write only if you have time and energy, this can wait as long as senku can count 💝)

I'm dying this is so sad and so sweet

It's bad enough that you were severely injured in a car accident. But add on the fact that you could barely remember your own name when you awoke in the emergency room, and you have two equally devastated men trying to figure out if they should mourn you or not.

After all, you didn't remember them.

There wasn't a single hint of recognition in your eyes when you saw them. You didn't know their names, nor that you'd been a part of a polyamorous relationship with them both.

But they have proof. Documents, pictures, videos, you name it. They bring you whatever you need to feel safe and comfortable with them around.

When you go home, the only place you can go is the home you shared with them. It's terrifying for you. You have no idea what's happening, or what to expect.

But Xeno and Stanley are gentle with you.

They tell you that the three of you used to sleep together in one bed, but they've set up the spare room so that you don't feel uncomfortable. They fill the kitchen with all the foods you all enjoyed together, and they take you to all the places you used to go.

The park, museums, even to Xeno's lab once or twice.

Stanley takes you to every physical therapy appointment, Xeno takes you to every neurologist. They both accompany you to general doctor visits, always waiting for you in the waiting room so no one thought you were being bullied into giving certain answers.

It's hard on them. It's hard on all of you. Everything feels so normal, yet none of it is familiar to you. You spend nights sobbing in your bed, begging your brain to just magically heal so that you could finally feel whole again. Sometimes it gets so overwhelming, you yell and shout at them only to collapse in a puddle of tears while one or both of them hold you.

But they don't give up on you. They don't throw their hands in the air and walk away. No, they love you. They swear it to you every day, even if you don't remember the past.

One night, you do something brave. You creep to the door to what used to be your shared room with them, and timidly ask if you can sleep with them. You tell them it might help to do something that was a more mundane kind of normal, and ask if they'll help you through what used to be your nightly routine.

It doesn't help the way you'd like. There is no flash of memory as the three of you shower together. No quick recognition when you allow them both to kiss you goodnight.

But for the first time, you feel properly normal. Curled between the two of them, with Stanley on your left closest to the door, and Xeno on your right, by the cracked window, you felt a little more complete.

read yours text of stan and nicotine addiction!!!! reminded me one comic i sae where stan smoke too quickly his fresh stash right away. xeno had not produced more so stan coped by kissing xeno to calm his nerves! how you headcanon stan coping his addiction?

Stanley hates every second of it

He has to keep himself busy

Especially his hands

Definitely finds things to chew on

Sticks, plants, you name it. If it's safe to have, it's between his teeth.

When the shakiness and anxiety that come with nicotine withdrawals start to get to him, he goes to Xeno

The two work together to help Stanley

It only takes four weeks at most for the human body to shake off nicotine withdrawals

So they only needed a temporary solution

They try making gum, but it doesn't work out

Xeno encourages Stanley to find things to do with his hands to help keep his mind busy

This ends with Stanley's hands in Xeno's a lot

"Just hold them still for me, it's easier."

Has definitely kissed Xeno more than once to soothe himself

Though, they have to be careful with this

Because Stanley can be a little aggressive when this happens

And the whole workday can be thrown into chaos when they inevitably end up too distracted to do anything else

Hi! This is my first time sending any kind of fic request to anyone, but do you think you could write something StanXeno where Stanley accidentally shoots himself?

So sorry if that's strange, I live for characters suffering. It sustains me like some kind of demon feeding off fear.

A 16 year old Stanley learns the hard way about a concept we like to call: The Bullet Fairy

Don't play with firearms, kids.

“Should you really be playing with it like that?” Xeno asks, frowning as Stanley twirls the pistol around his finger like some TV cowboy.

“It’s fine, it’s not loaded,” Stanley says, flipping it around his finger again. “Plus it’s just a .22, it wouldn’t do much.”

“Caliber of the bullet aside, you still haven’t checked the-” Xeno’s words are cut short by a loud pop and a yelp from the boy in front of him.

Curse after curse spills from Stanley’s mouth, the gun quickly being abandoned so that he can drop and inspect his foot with shaky hands. Xeno dives forward to join him, helping to take his shoe and sock off so that they can both get a look at the damage.

“This is why I said to check the magazine,” Xeno says. “Now you’ve gone and shot yourself.”

“Oh shut up!” Stanley snaps, maintaining a surprising amount of calm despite the situation. “Shit, you’re gonna have to take me to the hospital.”

Xeno frowns. Him? Drive? Stanley knew perfectly well that he didn’t have his license yet, and wasn’t scheduled to take the test for it for another few weeks. If they got pulled over, they’d be in serious trouble- emergency or not.

But on the other hand, an ambulance was an extremely expensive call to make. Stanley’s parents would kill the two of them once that bill came in the mail.

“Alright,” He says, feeling a bit hesitant. It wouldn’t be his first time behind the wheel, as he’d been preparing for a while, but even still. The whole drive, though short, is nothing short of nerve wracking.

The hospital staff are quick to help them when they arrive. They stick Stanley in a wheelchair, and sweep him off into the Emergency Room, with Xeno on their tails. He wasn’t going to leave his boyfriend alone to deal with all this, even if it was Stanley’s fault in the first place for not being smart and checking the magazine and chamber for stray bullets.

He tries to convince the doctor not to call either of their parents, but since they were both still minors, his pleas go ignored.

“My dad’s gonna kill us,” Stanley groans, a little high off the low level pain meds they have him on. The bullet, thankfully, had been easy to remove.

“It will be alright, Stan,” Xeno says, taking Stanley’s hand in his and pressing a kiss to it. His partner groans again, curling his nose in fake disgust. “At most, I’m sure we’ll just get a lecture.”

“I’d rather just shoot myself again.”

“Not funny, Stanley.”

hey red! i had an idea for a fanfic…stanxeno taking in a teen reader where with the stone age rolling around and their parents being god knows where, they start to sort of treat them like their own? domestic wholesome found family type of vibe. i would love if you incorporated the reader being a bit of a science nerd as well so that kinda kicks off stan and xeno letting them stick around? sorta like a “if you have something to offer, you can join us” type of thing. then it could transform overtime into them feeling fatherly over them. random thought as well lol, but i feel like they would be such protective parents, especially stanley. i hope you’re doing well! thanks!

Stanley and Xeno are certified girl dads

I had to cut this short but I have so much more to say about this LET THEM BE FATHERS

If anyone asks, Stanley Snyder does not like children. He doesn’t hate them, per se, but he has absolutely no interest in them whatsoever. He doesn’t want kids, he doesn’t need kids, he’s perfectly fine with his life as it is.

You’re an exception, not the rule.

When you woke up, entirely on your own like some kind of marvel, and wandered into the colony, no one knew what to do. Xeno picked at your brain for hours once you were clothed, fed, and settled, and Stanley just sort of hovered nearby.

He didn’t try to be your friend, or anything like that. He just sort of existed in your space, and you drew him to you like a star does a planet. And where Stanley orbits, Xeno soon follows.

Xeno does like children. Not enough to ever consider having his own, but he always thought them to be elegant little things. The perfect way for humanity to pass on its knowledge for the future.

He takes on a sort of mentorship role for you. You had an interest in science, and proved yourself to be viciously smart. The two of you even had an extended conversation about the aesthetics of the periodic table.

You thought it was the ugliest thing you’d ever seen, while he thought it perfectly elegant. The discussion ends in an impasse. An agreement to disagree.

But mentorship was all he’d intended. Nothing more. He’d wanted to keep a healthy distance between the two of you, to keep you at an arm’s length. It wasn’t that he disliked you, he just wasn’t made to be anything close to a father, or anything similar. That was a role fit for someone like Byakuya Ishigami, not Xeno Wingfield. And yet, the universe does act in the most interesting of ways.

The change starts for Stanley when you’re caught crying in the middle of the night.

You were by yourself, sitting by the water, all curled into a tight little ball. You hadn’t even heard him approaching you, your sniffles and soft weeping acting almost like a summoning for him.

He doesn’t say anything. He doesn’t know what to say. He just sits next to you, lifts his arm, and lets you collapse into his side. You babble apologies for the tears and snot, but he just shrugs it off. A few tiny stains on an all-black outfit meant nothing to him.

You end up crying yourself to sleep.

When you wake up that next morning, you’re in bed. You don’t remember how you got there, but Stanley must have carried you up and taken care of you.

In fact, after that night, Stanley keeps taking care of you.

He gets protective, hovering around you almost as much as he hovers around Xeno. He picks at what you’re wearing with a curled nose if it’s too revealing, scolds you for not eating or drinking anything after long periods of time, and is always there to listen when you need him to be. He also sits, patient and quiet, and lets you do his makeup.

It was a thing that was just for fun, at first. You’d been bored, and he’d been available to bother. You and Xeno had been making cosmetics just for the hell of it, and you’d asked Stanley to sit and be your model. He’d huffed and made a big deal about it, but he’d sat down and let you have your way. Since then, it’s become normal.

Xeno’s change in perspective came on a quiet afternoon.

He had you working on something non-essential. Mixing some chemicals and testing reactions; it was information he’d need later for other things, but it was mostly to keep you busy. As the two of you worked in pleasant silence, you let out a long sigh, prompting him to ask if you were alright.

“Yeah,” You mumbled. “It’s just…it’s nothing.” He frowned, pausing in what he was doing to give you his full attention.

“Tell me. It’s my duty as your mentor to help you where I can,” He says. The frown on your face deepens, your eyes flitting to look at him before refocusing on the chemicals in front of you.

“I just…this is gonna sound so silly but…I’m having a lot of fun, and that kind of made me sad,” You say, voice getting softer with each word.

“Why would something like that make you upset?” He asks.

“Because this is the kind of stuff I used to do by myself. And now I have both a mentor and someone who wants to actually do science with me. It made me wonder if this is what it felt like to have a dad.”

The room falls into silence as he processes your words. He’d never considered your family situation before. You’d adapted to the stone world so quickly, he’d nearly forgotten you were so young. Just a teenager. A child.

A child whose parents were nowhere to be found. He wasn’t even sure you had any, given what you’d just said.

“Have you been thinking of me as a father?” He asks, hesitant. He’s not sure what answer he wants to hear, but he has a strange sense of anxiety that vibrates through him when you think a little too long about your reply.

“Kind of,” You mumble. “If…that’s okay.”

The warmth that spreads through him is something unexplainable. It was like he’d just been given the best gift in the world. What an odd feeling, he thinks, for a man who’d never wanted children of his own.

“Of course,” He says. “I’m honored.”

Your expression brightens, a big grin spreading over your face at his words. The rest of the afternoon is spent making idle chatter while you two continue to work. When he returns to his and Stanley’s living quarters that evening, the two of them have the most important discussion they ever had and ever will have.

Ah I see you add more info to the trio! But let's also add onto say Xeno plans his escape using Stanley as his scapegoat!

Stanley comes home after a long of work only to see Xeno running at him

Xeno slaps 200$ into his hands: "Apologize, my love."

Before sprinting as fast as he can out the house

In the distance

S/O: "STANLEY SNYDER DID YOU STEAL MY CROISSANT"

Stanley: *Sweating bullet* yes?

Ah I See You Add More Info To The Trio! But Let's Also Add Onto Say Xeno Plans His Escape Using Stanley

I stopped everything I was doing for this because oh my God this is hilarious.

The image of Xeno just shoving money in Stanley's hands and whispering "I'm so sorry, please forgive me," and running as fast as he can has me dead.

Stanley just stands there, holding the money with a confused look on his face, wondering what exactly just happened when-

"STANLEY [middle name] SNYDER!"

Oh. Oh no.

He manages to stay calm on the outside, but on the inside he's just:

Saw the post about grabbing Xeno by the tie and thought how funny if he could tell what kind of mood his s/o is in by how they tug?

He be

"Oh, they need to tell me something private"

"Oh...I'm in trouble"

"Guess it's tike to eat"

"Oh? I'm in trouble~"

Man has it down to a tea!

Oh he absolutely can, but imagine this with me if you will.

Add to the pulling of the tie: his full government name.

That's how he knows he's in real trouble. The kind of trouble he can't talk his way out of, or smooth over with a few soft words of appeasement or apology.

No, he's in danger when he hears not just his first or last name, but his middle name.

"Xeno Houston Wingfield!"

He starts making a mental last will and testament, and hopes through some miracle he can telepathically send it to Stanley, who bailed from the room faster than a bullet shoots from his gun.

"My darling-"

"You motherfucker!"

He's either about to be strangled with his own tie, gripped between the fingers of his lover, punched in the face, or kissed so hard hard he's going to be dizzy.

Hi! Would you like to write reader trying to arrange a nice romantic free day for Stanley and Xeno? Those two are so workaholics (especially Xeno with his eye bags!!!!) that I bet they rarely have a full free 24 hour day to relax and the reader just wants to do their best to get those two have at least one 👏work👏free👏day!

Love your writings and wishing the day treats you well 🌸

They need a vacation (and so do I)

It takes you several days, but finally, you manage it. You get up earlier than Stanley.

He’d always been an early riser, up no later than 5:30 AM every day in the old world, but in the stone world, he’d been getting up even earlier. Sometimes, before the sun even considers rising.

But not today. Today, he was still in bed when you wiggle free of him and Xeno and scurry as quietly as you can from the bedroom and into the living space of your tiny home.

They’d been so terribly exhausted, the weight of building a whole colony sitting on both of their shoulders. But it was time the rest of those who lived in this compound with you pulled more of their own weight. So they were staying home today. They didn’t know it yet, but you were going to make sure it happened.

You  had it all planned out. You were going to make them breakfast in bed, then you were going to talk to them about your worries about their overwork, and inform them that they had the day off. You’d already talked to Brody, and he had been more than happy to step up to keep things in order for today. There was nothing for Xeno and Stanley to worry about. Anything that came up could wait until tomorrow, and if it truly couldn’t, then you’d let them go.

Thankfully, the door doesn’t make a single sound as you slip through it and out into the pre-dawn dimness. The apartments in the living quarters didn’t have individual kitchens, so you were going to have to make a run for the one downstairs, where the dining hall was. If Stanley woke up and found you gone, he’d worry. And if he worried, Xeno would worry, and the next thing you knew, you’d have both of them tearing the colony apart looking for you.

The kitchens are quiet, since the only people awake other than you were the guards along the perimeters of the colony. No one would be in here to begin preparing to feed everyone else for at least another hour, if not longer.

You had to be careful here, though. Wasting food could get you in trouble, even if you were one of Xeno’s partners, so you’d have to make something simple and easy.

You work quickly, gathering everything you’d need and setting about your task at making breakfast for your exhausted lovers who were hopefully still asleep a few floors above. You try to ignore how much the sun has risen by the time you’re done, as well as the dirty looks the designated cook shoots at you when you burst out of the kitchen with the food you’d just made.

You take the stairs back up two at a time, chest heaving with hard pants. It had taken so much longer than you’d planned, and there was absolutely no way both of them weren’t up and wondering where you’d gone.

Entering the apartment is a bit of a louder affair than when you’d left, the door swinging open startling Xeno who was, in fact, awake and had been standing in the living space. Stanley was nowhere to be seen, but you can hear the sound of water running through the rudimentary pipes, so you think he must be bathing.

“Darling,” Xeno says, approaching you with a smile. “There you are.”

“I was hoping to be back sooner,” You say, a pout sliding onto your expression. He chuckles, leaning in to press a kiss to the side of your face.

“It’s alright. I take it this is for us?” He asks, hands reaching for the containers of food in your hands.

“Yeah. It was supposed to be given to you in bed, but I guess I missed my chance for that,” You say. Xeno hums, opening the containers to take a look inside.

“Can I ask why it was so important to serve it in bed?” He asks, closing them and heading to the tiny countertop to help you dish out everything onto the clay dining plates.

“I just…wanted you and Stan to have a chance to relax for a day. You’ve both been working so hard, and I can tell it’s been really rough on you both,” You mumble, face flushing a bit at the admission. Xeno pauses in his movements, head turning so that he can look at you.

“Is that so?” He murmurs, more to himself, you think, than to you. Regardless, you nod a bit shyly.

Xeno takes a breath, as if about to speak, when a pair of hands slip around your waist, Stanley’s weight pressing into your back, lips against your neck. His hair was still wet, and you could smell the soap on him.

“What am I missin’?” He asks, his accent slipping from his lips just slightly.

“It seems all three of us were on the same page, and somehow didn’t even realize it,” Xeno says. You look at him with surprise, eyebrows raising.

“Yeah?” Stanley hums, pressing another kiss to your neck, then to your shoulder.

“Mm. Our darling was so worried about how much we’d been working, that they wanted to surprise us with a day off,” Xeno says.

“Hah. And here we were, thinkin’ they needed a break,” Stanley chuckles.

It clicks in your head finally. All of you had been working hard. All of you had been paying more attention to each other than yourselves.

A laugh bubbles out of you, your head shaking.

“What is it they say about great minds?” You tease, grinning.

“They think alike. And I do believe it’s true,” Xeno says, shuffling closer to the two of you. One of Stanley’s hands release you, reaching instead to grab at Xeno and pull him into the shared embrace.

“I had so many things planned for us today,” You say, squirming free so that you can start taking the plates of food to the small dining table the three of you had, the two of them following after you with utensils and cups of water.

“Like what?” Stanley asks.

“Breakfast in bed, some time by the water, oh-I found this little patch of grass just outside the borders of the colony that looked like it had some great flowers that we could collect to make more natural dyes,” You recount your admittedly vague plans, both lovers listening intently.

“I was hoping to test some modifications I made for Stanley’s rifle,” Xeno hums. “Perhaps we can squeeze that in between swimming and flower collecting.”

“ ‘s long as I get to take a nap at some point today, I don’t give a shit what we do,” Stanley says, shoving food in his mouth with little celebration.

“We all need extra sleep,” Xeno says.

“Let’s take a blanket or something when we go look at the flowers,” You say. “We can pack a whole picnic or something, and nap together under the clouds.”

“That sounds perfectly elegant, darling.”

“I’ll make sure we have our new fancy stone world sunscreen, otherwise Xee might just die.”

“Stanley, please, my skin is not that sensitive-”

“You were a lobster for a week after the first time we went to the beach back in the old world. You need sunscreen.”

Stanley Loverboy Snyder is girl dad material

I know it's been said already, I'm just repeating it

But Xeno is just as bad if that man had a daughter he'd be a menace

Hi! I really enjoy your style to write and the thoughts of Dr. Stone you share with us! I especially love the idea of mythological creatures being real in Stone World!

I was rewatching Dr. Stone and noticed something in the episode where Stanley shoots the gun while Xeno watched and Stan didn't hit the target perfectly in the middle. Xeno just talked happily while Stanley observed the gun like searching a fault in the weapon itself in dissappointment until he noticed the tobacco plant.

That reminded me that during nicotine withdrawal some people may experience shaky hands and I'm just head-canoning that he's so depending on it that he isn't in his best aim without it and even after a long pause still feels the effect so Xeno assumes this is the case and that's why he guides Stanley how to make tobacco.

I haven't found others talking about this or I might have missed that entirely since that episode came out a while ago but I can't stop thinking about this detail.

To the actual request, if you have time and like the idea, would you write Xeno dealing with Stanley when he is experiencing strong withdrawal symptoms that messes up his work flow and is very dissapointed and harsh to himself about it but Xeno intervenes and confronts him?

Take your time if you decide to put this on your work pile! Wishing your weekend treats you well! ‧₊˚❀༉‧₊˚.

This actually catches me at the best possible time, since most of the requests I've been working on are finished and in my queue to come out over the next couple of days.

So, here's the thing about quitting smoking suddenly from someone who's done it. It sucks. You get shaky and irritated (among other things), and even though the withdrawal eventually fades, it's miserable while it's happening.

I'm not sure this is totally what you asked for, but I had fun with it

"Dammit!"

Xeno halts mid-step, head turning to find Stanley glaring at one of the targets made to keep his skills sharp. It was late, the soldier should be preparing for bed, not lingering out here while the sun continues to fall.

"Stanley," Xeno calls, noting immediately how stiff his friend gets. Stan glances over, an unhappy expression pressed into his normally calm face.

"...hey."

"Are you alright?" Xeno asks.

Stan doesn't respond, looking away again. His gaze lands on the target in front of him. Xeno glances at it as well, frowning a bit when he notices that not a single bullet hit the center, as they always used to.

"I see." Stanley hadn't needed to say anything for Xeno to understand. "Withdrawals?"

"Guess so," Stanley tucks his hand into his pocket, letting out an annoyed huff when he doesn't find the cigarettes he was still so used to having on him at all times.

"It won't be for much longer. The human body only takes up to four weeks on average to reorient after ceasing intake of nicotine," Xeno says. "You've been doing quite well."

"Well?" Stanley asks, turning to look at him. "I'm doing well?"

"Are you not?"

"Xeno, I can't fuckin' aim," Stanley's accent slips from him as he loses hold of his calm. "My hands won't stop shakin', I can't sleep, and my fuckin' head hurts all the time! I'm useless like this!"

Xeno reels back a little, eyebrows furrowing.

"Why did you not say something? I could have been more helpful to you," Perhaps it's a bit selfish, but Xeno can't help feeling a bit hurt that his potential to give aid had been overlooked. Stanley lets out an annoyed noise, scrubbing a hand over his face.

"Because it's not your problem," He says, earning himself a hard look.

"It very much is," Xeno says.

"Xen-"

"You are my oldest friend and greatest companion, how could I not be affected by your struggles? It may not be my addiction, but your problems are, have, and always will be my problems." He leaves no room for argument, though with how Stanley's spine straightens and his eyes narrow, he knows the man is certainly ready to try.

"And, if I may add," Xeno continues, before Stanley can open his mouth. "You are the farthest thing from useless. You are the most competent person besides me in this wretched little place. I would not be able to do anything if it wasn't for you. Shaking hands, or not."

Stanley lets out a hard breath, his shoulders loosening a little as he takes in Xeno's words, mentally digesting them and allowing for them to calm his stirring mind.

"Yeah, alright," Stanley mumbles, turning back to the target. He lifts his hand, holding the revolver as steady as his hands would currently allow (which, Xeno admits to himself, isn't much), and pulls the trigger.

The bullet hits the target dead center.

"Getting better already," Xeno teases, earning himself a huffed out chuckle.

Xeno allows himself to get closer to his companion, eyes scanning Stanley's body as the man reloads the gun and starts back at his practice. It's not just his hands that shake, but his knees and breathing as well. Stanley was certainly doing his best, but he still had a long way to go before his body accepted this new state of being.

His eyes catch something nearby. A familiar plant.

The sight of it makes Xeno frown. The moment Stanley caught sight of it, he'd want it. More than anything else, he'd want the naturally growing tobacco to feed the habit he was doing his hardest to fight.

The target pings when a bullet goes astray, just barely hitting it on the very edge, and Xeno decides not to say anything.

For now, anyway.

For some reason I'm craving Stanley pampering and taking care of Xeno and Reader after they had a little accident with Xeno's latest science project just before Stanley returns to the lab.

(I don't know why but I'm just seeing Stanley as a very caring like mothery like person ;w;)

Stanley "Loverboy" Snyder is genuinely the best at taking care of his partners, let me tell you why

He's very patient and understanding when it comes to these kinds of things

He's been hanging around Xeno for a long time at this point, he's no stranger to chemistry-based accidents

Nor is he a stranger to accidentally getting shot because the gun Xeno made has misfired

Again.

So when he walks in, and finds that, somehow, you two have managed to do both

He just

Sighs

And accepts his fate

"Alright. What the hell happened?"

Absolutely no judgement from him at all as the two of you hastily explain

He nods along, taking in every word

Then he throws one of you over one shoulder, and carries another under his other arm, and carts you both off home to be taken care of

At no point does he act like any of this is a burden or hassle in the slightest

He actually really likes getting to care for you two

It makes him feel a little less like a machine built only for war and violence

He keeps his voice low and level, remaining calm even if one of you is in tears (not that Xeno would ever admit to crying)

Lots of kisses

Kisses on the face

Kisses on the injured body parts

Kisses just because

Will take care of the worst of the injuries first, then the lesser ones

But he will treat all of them as equally important

Scolds the two of you a little bit, but you can tell he's not actually angry

"Seriously, you two have got to be more careful. I can't keep doing this."

A lie

He'd do this all day if you asked him to

Once you're both treated, he'll insist you stay home the rest of the day so he can keep an eye on you

Will! Not! Light! A! Cigarette!

Even if you insist it's okay

Even if he really wants one

He won't do it

"It's not good for you to inhale secondhand smoke, you know."

The look Xeno gives him when he says that will never fail to make you crack up laughing

Will help you both bathe, if needed

Hell, even if it's not needed

He likes the intimacy of showers with his lovers, and this is the perfect excuse to do it

Times like this are the only times Stanley will cook

He's not bad at it, he's just not as good as Xeno, so he prefers to leave it to the other man

However, you two are hurt, so he's going to take care of it

He's going to take care of you

He's going to take care of everything

A bit different question. What kind of music you would choose as main theme for Senku, Gen, Tsukasa, Stanley and Xeno as individuals that isn't in anime? Also what kind of music taste you think each of them have?

Wow sorry this took forever but hey here it is finally

Warning: I have Controversial Opinions on their music tastes and it's almost 100% based on vibes

Also, 110% not a definite list as there are many songs that I think fit each character in different ways and all I have is my own music taste to rely on here

Senku

Song: Marjorie (Taylor Swift)

A song written to mourn and remember a loved one that has long passed on just fits him really well

Music Taste: Pop and Hip-Hop

He listens to lots of music, but this is what you'll hear most often in the lab. He finds the rhythm of most Pop and Hip Hop songs mentally stimulating.

Gen

Song: Mastermind (Taylor Swift)

Come on. Just listen to it and tell me I'm wrong.

Music Taste: Blues

I don't know how to explain this one honestly it's just the vibe he gives off

Tsukasa

Song: Soon You'll Get Better (Taylor Swift)

This is another one you need to trust me with and just listen to it.

Music Taste: Lo-Fi and Movie Musical Soundtracks

This one was the hardest. Tsukasa, to me, is the kind of guy who is more likely to listen to audiobooks and good podcasts, and only really listens to music to relax.

Plus, I mean, he's got a little sister who probably likes the soundtracks to movies like The Little Mermaid and Cinderella, and he is always happy to entertain her.

Stanley

Song: Goodbye Earl (The Chicks)

Stanley is the guy who would show up at your doorstep when he finds out you're being abused and help you kill the man and hide the body.

Music Taste: Early 2000s country, "White Girl" Pop, and Hip-Hop/some Rap

Stanley is a Marine who grew up the same time I did and has to suffer through crayon-eater jokes let him have his Taylor Swift and Shania Twain.

Would also have feelings about the Kendrick vs Drake beef

Xeno

Song: Rat (Penelope Scott)

It's a song about loving science and technology, but being hurt by how companies have turned it into something made solely for profit. It's a song about disappointment, about being disappointed. And Xeno is nothing, if not disappointed in the world.

Music Taste: 80's & 90's Rock

It honestly just fits the vibe. He also listens to whatever Stanley puts on the radio (will tell you he doesn't like Taylor Swift but has been caught more than once jamming to her)

My eating disorder has been rearing its ugly head, so have this thing I wrote to distract myself from feeling sick while I put myself back together a little.

Note and Warning: This is solely my experience with something of this nature, Eating Disorders can show in all kinds of different ways

Xeno glances at his watch, a frown pressing into his face. It was rare that he was the one ready to eat first. Usually, it's you who comes and drags him away from his work for a meal. But today, something was off.

Actually, something has been off for a few days now.

Three meals a day had fallen to two, an almost absurd amount of time passing between your breakfast and dinner. He'd been a little concerned, but hadn't thought much else about it. You both were busy, it was expected that schedules would change.

But then weren't eating at all.

No breakfast, no lunch, no dinner, not even little snacks. All the food the two of you kept has been untouched by you for two days.

Now, Xeno was worried.

Were you ill? Had he missed something?

He pushes away from his workstation, scanning the room that was otherwise empty of people, wondering if maybe you were waiting for him and he just hadn't noticed you. But no, he was definitely alone.

The sun had fallen some time ago, leaving the colony to be lit by artificial light and the soft glow of the moon above.

He asks Luna and her two young devotees as he passes them if they'd seen you all day. Luna confirms that you'd been out and about as normal, commenting that you looked at bit rough, though in that same breath, she claims that you'd insisted you were fine.

He thanks them, and continues on, moving a little faster now.

He should have been more mindful, should have paid more attention. You were in bad enough shape that others had noticed, yet it had slipped right past him. What a fool he was to neglect you in this way.

He pushes his way into your shared living quarters, calling your name as he does.

"Welcome home!" You're absolutely beaming at him when he turns the corner to find you curled on the small makeshift sofa. You hop to your feet and meet him partway as he lurches to reach you.

"Are you alright?" He asks, taking your face in his hands, trying not to grimace at what he sees.

You did indeed look rough.

"Oh, yeah, I'm fine," You say, tone a little confused.

"Good," He says. "Are...you hungry?"

There's a pause, a flicker of something in your eyes.

"No, not really."

Surely, that was a lie. There was no way you'd eaten recently at all, not with how haggard you looked, or how your body was shaking.

"When was the last time you ate?" He asks.

You avert your eyes, gaze flitting around to look at everything else but him. Guilt presses into your face.

"I had some water earlier," You say.

"Water is not food, my love," He says. "When was the last time you had food?"

Another long pause. It makes his chest ache at how long it takes you to answer a question that should not be this hard.

"I dunno."

That wasn't good. That wasn't good at all. The human body couldn't sustain itself without proper nutrition.

His mind starts racing, searching for numbers, reports, and facts that he could use to figure out what was happening to you.

The colony wasn't lacking on food. There were plenty of cows and corn and other things they'd been growing. If something had gone wrong in that department, he'd have known a long time ago.

So then, were you choosing not to eat? But why? Was it an image issue? A health problem you hadn't disclosed? A mental disorder? All of the above?

"Xee?"

If his calculations were correct, you likely hadn't eaten anything in at least a day, if not two. A full meal would cause you to be ill. So what was the best way to go about this?

"Xee!"

Something small, first. Finger foods. Something you could eat one or two of at a time.

"Xeno!"

He'd have to monitor you. Perhaps he should take the day tomorrow to help you reorient your body before you passed out and got hurt. The colony would survive without him for a short while. You were far more important.

"Xeno Wingfield!"

He snaps back into focus, zeroing in on you instantly. He could almost laugh at how you looked like the worried one.

"My love," He says. "I'm concerned about you."

"I'm alright, Xee, really."

How could you look so calm? How could you act like this was of no consequence? He couldn't understand it.

"How often do you starve yourself?" He asks. "How has it gone past my notice for so long?"

"I..." You hesitate, looking away from him. A large part of him wants to get angry, to demand your answer faster. But he couldn't do that to you, not when you were clearly already having a hard time.

His poor darling, he just wished you'd said something.

"I was getting better," You finally say.

"So this is some kind of relapse?" He asks.

"I guess? It's kind of hard to explain."

"Please try. The more I understand the better I can help you," He presses his lips to your forehead, hoping his small act of affection works as the encouragement he intended.

"It's started in high school. You remember what it was like back then. Everyone was mean and judgemental, and I didn't feel like I was enough. So I stopped eating, for a really long time. And no one helped me. My parents missed it, my siblings missed it, my friends missed it, I was totally on my own."

You sigh, rubbing your eyes, then continue.

"I was sick a lot because of it, and I think that's what finally shook me out of it a little bit. I was tired of being ill and exhausted and miserable all the time."

"Did you get treatment?" He asks, fearing he already knew the answer.

"Xee, come on, you met my parents before we were all petrified. What do you think?" You say it with a laugh, but neither of you really think it's funny.

He kisses you again, just under your eye. He didn't know what else to do, or what else to say. He just wanted you to know that you were cared for in this moment.

"Anyway," You say. "I eventually got things back in decent order, but I guess...I'm sliding back down the metaphorical hill."

"It's alright, my love. Slide as far as you need, I'm here to help you regain lost ground," He says, pressing a few more featherlight kisses to your face before pulling you close to hold you in his arms.

There are no tears as he holds you, no sniffles or weepy words. You seem so utterly numb to the situation, that he's certain this isn't the first time it's happened.

"Let's have dinner," He says. "And tomorrow, we'll spend the day together."

"I can't just have a whole meal, Xee. I'll get sick."

Ah. He was indeed right in thinking this wasn't your first rodeo with relapsing into your disorder.

"I know, my darling. I'll make you something small and easy to digest for tonight. We'll work together on returning you to eating full meals over the next couple of days," He says, already making mental checklists and plans for the future.

He'd have to get Stanley involved. He'd need his trusted friend to look after things while Xeno took the day off tomorrow. Stanley would also be the perfect person to have keep an eye on you, to make sure you were making progress. He'd tell Xeno the moment you needed aid.

There was a worry of embarassing you, though. So perhaps he'd bring up that possibility later. For now, you needed food, more water, and rest.

Stanley With The Stray He Brought Home (and Xeno Insisted They Keep)

Stanley with the stray he brought home (and Xeno insisted they keep)

Stanley really gives off the vibe of the parent that wanted the pet the least but ends up loving it the most. that's this. that is the stanxeno adopting gen dynamic.
