Kingsway Lambton Art Show from March 19 - 28th. It's an annual charity show with a portion of the proceeds going to local charities. Some of the pieces in the show that started on the 19th. Grand Central Station #1 2018 Oil on Wood. 20" x 16". One of my older pieces from my first trip to NYC. It's also one of the pieces that I started adding the primary colours as elements of colour simplification.

Union Station #12 2019, Oil on Wood 14" x 11" Past painting of Union Station in Toronto Canada. One of my favorite buildings to paint and over the years of painting it has changed quite a bit. Several of the spots in the station that I've painted no longer exist so the paintings act as a document of history.

Rosedale Station # 3, 8" x 6" oil on wood. Based on the subway station in Toronto Canada. Missing the sunny days☀️ This painting gave me a hard time with the lighting but glad it got resolved 🙌

Grand Central Station #2 (diptych). Oil on Wood 18"x 24" - 18"x 24"

Based on the station in NYC, I went to a three day trip to NYC back in 2018 and had a chance to take a few photos while doing touristy stuff :D. This is a diptych meaning they’re two paintings that are a pair meant to be shown together.

Interestingly enough this painting was painted and sold in Canada and then sent to NYC :D

Lawrence West Station #2 2019, Oil on Wood 11" x 14" I recommend checking this subway station if you get a chance to go to Toronto. The architect that designed this station designed quite a few of the stations in Toronto Canada. It has a really nice industrial vibe to it and the lighting that it gets during the summer is gorgeous.

“Union Station # 14” 6" x 8", Oil on Wood. For those outside of Canada this painting is based on Union Station in Toronto Ontario which is I think Canada’s largest station. . This piece gave me quite a bit of trouble I ended up leaving it alone for about a week because something felt off at the beginning but I couldn’t figure out what. I did small value sketches and I think I finally fixed it. As always let me know what you think of this piece.😊

First pic is probably my biggest order to date off to Germany :) Massive thanks and it'll go directly to my relief press fund :D. Also those stickers are handmade linocut prints with a vinyl film over to protect to print. They're were a massive pain to make and once they sell out I wont be remaking them :D. Out of the few I made only a handful of them came out good enough to put up in the shop, the others I've been using to stick all over Toronto ;).

Second pic : Over the weekend I gave myself a break from painting but got bored so I did a quick linocut print for my packaging, a little rough but I like it. Some things need to be redesigned but that'll be for another time. :)

My woodcut print beautifully framed and in the owners home :) The other pics show close up detail which I must say those lines are quite crispy ;). The last pic is the woodcut, the design is hand carved onto wood then inked - you can run the print through a press (they're expensive and out of my price range) so they're all pressed by hand.

St.Clair Station #1, Oil on Wood 11" x 14" St.Clair Station in Toronto Canada. This specifically caught my eye because of the bright orange in parts of the station, even better because it can be seen with the purple.

Rosedale Station # 1, Oil on Wood 11" x 14", Outdoor subway station in Toronto Canada. These outdoor stations have incredible lighting for painting. Always choose natural light over synthetic for still lifes or environment paintings.

Queen Station # 1, 11" x 14" Oil on Wood. Based on the subway station in Toronto Canada. Getting the shadows and light correct on the curved ceiling was quite difficult for me, I did cheer when I got it right :D.
