Will you love them when they can’t eat, or brush their hair, or have bit all of their nails off? Will you love them when chronic pain is too much? When they’re not bubbly, when they pick a beige bra instead of a pink one, when they’re not so soft inside and out? When they choose to be an animal, as we all are. Will you love the femme in your life as part of your community? As a counterpart to yourself? As a whole human being?
