Second of all, going a more serious route, I want to talk about some boundaries regarding the comic. Since this is a fan project, made by fans for fans, I feel like it's imporant to mention that we do not want Content Creators to be aware of its existance- (if that makes any sense). After all, even if it's more than just shipping, it still contains a lot of it within the story.

Being respectful not only to the CCs but also myself (I am uncomfortable with the idea of them interacting with it), I would prefer if the comic is kept in fan space. That means I would prefer if you guys don't mention it in any chat, tag CC in fanart about the AU, tag it properly on tumblr and obviously follow the CCs boundaries.

Love how quite a few of the hermits are taking the slow approach to the start of the season. Also really love Grian and Gem's fishing endevours because that's how I play minecraft. The fishing conetent has given me something to watch while I fish.

So, the overwhelming concensus is that it is Scar-EE-an or Scari-an. Which is what I expected, but personally I still think it sounds weird. And I probably wont stop saying Scrian.

A letter to you - Scarian

Season 10 Scarian blurb :)

As Grian made his way up to his house, he grabbed the letters that were peeking out of the mail box. As he skimmed through them, he noticed one of them was distinctly different from the rest. A small brown craft envelope with the words, “Open when alone :)”. As he stepped inside his house, he set down his things and opened it. Before he could even get past the first sentence, he instinctively knew it Scar.

“Hey Grian,

I know things have been a bit hectic lately. And we haven’t exactly talked since we kissed.”

Not beating around the bush, that was a surprised. It had been about a week since he and Scar has kissed. The memory replayed in his head often as he wondered why they hadn’t talked about it since.

“I know that a letter won’t cut it, but I was hoping this would give me a little more confidence to admit it. I wanted to let you know that I like you. You’ve probably been worrying yourself with needless thoughts about it. Or maybe I'm the one whose been obsessing over it. But the point is, that I’ve been thinking about it. And it meant more to me than I thought. So, I was hoping that you’d go out with me if you felt the same way. You don’t have to decide now, but I’ll be in town later this week. Hopefully, you’ll have an answer for me by then.

"Idiot" Grian whispered to himself as a smile spread across his face having finished the letter. He shook his head and sat down, rereading the letter, hoping that it wasn’t his imagination.

I've never related to Scar more until he died so many times in Episode 2.

Brain wants to make Scarian content. Brain does not want to actively be making the content. Brian wants results. Brain also doesn't want to make ideas because that's a lot of effort.

I think many people don't realise how expensive it is just to survive day by day as a person with a disability.

Our bodies can't function in a basic way without aid like equipment or medication, etc.

These things cost money.

The thing about these items in particular is that they have grown in cost higher than most other items.

They're not luxury items.

They don't grant us special powers or let us enjoy life more than anyone else.

These things simply help our bodies function in a way that it should in the first place.

It's to help with things our bodies have difficulty doing whether it's walking, eating, seeing, hearing, going to the toilet, driving, sleeping, etc.

So why in the past year has the daily cost to help me see tomorrow and let my body function at a basic level doubled?

Why do I have to pay life tax of $8.5 per day?

I'm not even having a good time. I should at least get a daily treat with my $8.5 to make it worth it.

Mobility aids should be free.

Medications should be free.

Medical equipment should be free.

Menstrual products should be free.

Glasses, contacts, etc should be free.

Hearing aids, cochlear implants, etc should be free,

Wheelchairs and other mobility aids should be free.

Continence equipment and aids should be free from the moment you're born til the moment you die.

Grumbot missing his dad's makes me so sad. How dare he do this to us. It literally hasn't left my mind since tumblr pointed it out.

Gem and Etho have such good sibling energy I love it. It's so wholesome and I just love seeing them interact with each other.

Second time's a charm - Ethubs angst oneshot

This blurb takes place during Double Life.

Bdubs watched from a distance as his ex-joked about with his soulmate. He knew there was no changing fate, but he still longed for the days when he had all of Etho’s attention.

Bitterness began to envelope him as they walked off. The mental picture of the two hugging and enjoying each other’s company made him nauseous. He could come to grips with Etho being happy by himself. But seeing his arm wrapped around Joel was a too much for him. He had always understood that his favourite person in the world was beloved by all.

I mean, who could look at the man and not fall head over heels for him. Everything from his hair to the way he walked was eye catching. His voice deep and sweet like whisky. His eyes could stare into yours and you'd feel nothing other than a wave of comfort and love.

He never would admit it to Etho, but he was jealous. Bdubs missed the warmth that Etho brought into his world. The joy that they shared and their bond that felt unbreakable. He wanted to be the only one to see his smile; and he couldn’t stand to see Etho well off without him. He wanted to be Etho’s soulmate. But it wasn’t meant to be.

That didn’t mean that Bdubs wasn’t allowed to make his own happy memories. If anything, he was going to make the most out of his new companionship with Impulse. Even if his heart wasn’t fully invested yet.

Constantly thinking about how Grian most definitely doesn't think about Ariana Griande as much as I do and that makes me sad.

Very much conflicted as to whether or not Bdubs and Etho are two passing ships in the night, star crossed lovers, or unrequited love.

I'm posting Scar separately because this sketch was based off of the DesertDuo Vigilante AU by @kitsuneisi and @xmaruu11.

I'm so normal about that AU and totally not obsessed.

I haven't been able to draw for a while so I decided to post a few of my favourite sketches from my sketch book. (I'm still not confident about poses so they're all portraits)

Season 10 might start this weekend but do to give this man some extra love. Loosing your best friend and then dealing with these issues back to back is probably taking a huge toll on him, bigger than we can even imagine.

I hope getting back with the Hermits will help boost his spirits some.

The idea of Scar being misunderstood villain that was given multiple chances to be redeemed and have friends, but was unable to because the Secret Keeper's wouldn't let him. Half of the time he was running away from people after the chaos he would create; which felt like he was being actively puppeted. He was always running away trying to gain control again. Then after winning, he's so tired and exhausted. Just mindlessly pressing the success button over and over again. Constantly being taunted, told that he needs to win, but there is nothing left. Just him, the buttons, and the very thing that started this mess.

Does anyone else think about how the ending of Scott's third life series very much resembles colour blind soulmate fanfictions?
