I wanna talk about the “loss of character development” is season 6

The TikTok miraculous community is kind of infuriating

They didn’t “throw away her character development”, it’s quite the opposite. What she went through in the season 5 finale/London special was super traumatizing.

She is regressing and going back to her younger self as a coping mechanism which will probably stay until she is open to being honest about what happened.

We know marinette well enough that she isn’t the type to become super numb and “mature” as a coping mechanism let’s be real.

it is pretty annoying considering that miraculous was starting to get interesting but I hope this is just the calm before the storm or something

This image shows a rotting witch giving you a tarot reading. The cards show the Tower card first, followed by Death. The tower card usually means that you are stuck or in a dangerous situation. Death means… well, I think you know what comes next.

I made this piece as I was going through a big transitional period. I felt that everything I was, was being put on display for all to see. My appearance, my individuality. My life was more public then ever before. I felt like a butterfly being pinned up and displayed. The butterfly is only partially framed. Only half of it is beautiful and spread out. Unlike it, the other half isn’t ready yet. The other half will shy away, just like it always has.
