So in my verse, Trudly and Folly ended up meeting each other through sheer happenstance as both of them started working odd jobs for Cipher and were assigned a mission together (not the kidnapping, this was months/years before the events of Colosseum). Due to this, their first impression was honestly kind of... "whatever". Like not in a negative way, just matter-of-factly. "This is the guy I'll be working with today, I guess."

But this began to change pretty quickly when they went on their mission and noticed that they were vibing and enjoying each other's company. Both of them, in a rare display of quick thinking, realized that the other was a lot like them, and by the time they had completed their task, they already felt a connection. They've been a package deal since then, so I suppose you could say their first impression of the other was pretty good :D

Best Pokémon Villains Tournament- Individuals Bracket- Round 2: Match 23

I have a feeling that today we're seeing the peak of obscurity? That doesn't necessarily mean anything though, and there's still a chance to fight for your faves!

Trudly is the one battling against obscurity today! He's one of a pair of grunts working under one of the Admins of Cipher in the Orre spin off games! He and his partner Folly are something of a double act, usually fairly incompetent- with the exception of the kidnapping you halt at the beginning of Pokémon Colosseum... He's also the owner of the first Shadow Pokémon you encounter in those games, in some ways kicking off the plot! It's fun to see his antics as he and Folly try to impress- and sometimes avoid- his boss, Miror B., but that may or may not be enough to overcome a main series character as his opponent.

And said opponent is Eri! The masked athete may not look like your typical school girl, and that's because she quit to pursue being Team Star's big sister, looking after the other bosses and settling arguments between them. She might look tough and aggressive, but she means no harm and really uses her athletic process to protect her friends rather than hurt anyone else! Not villainous in the traditional sense, but committed to the Team Star cause nonetheless. Does she get your vote?

Congratulations Orre Community! We will live forever! Never did I think we'd see Colosseum and XD:GoD return in any fashion. If you don't know already, the Nintendo Direct showed off future NSO titles for the GameCube service coming to the Switch 2.

"Oh shush! It's not like our great leader gave me any instructions either. All he told me to do was to get Pyrite Town under control so we can distribute Shadow Pokémon. Now go and do it for me."

And with that, Miror left his underlings to their own devices. 

Folly shrugged. "I guess we try kidnapping again?"

"Yeah. Sounds good."

"I heard a noise while I was on guard duty. A sort of wail. But when I came closer, I heard someone singing and talking to themselves. It echoed through the whole canyon. And then..." 

He swallowed audibly. 

"I saw it! A ghost! Walking around, all in white, with wispy smoke floating behind it like a cloak and hat!" 

Gonzap sighed. Yet another thing to investigate, even if he didn't believe in ghosts.
