One of the most frequently asked questions I get is: "How do you dream so much?"
The answer is - I do not.
This is a dream submission blog where people submit their dreams to me and I publish them.
Rarely do I post my own dreams, because I do not dream that much.
Hope that clears it up!
Idk where that post is that said “anybody who tells you other trans people are the enemy is a Fed” but yeah, can we bring back that energy please?
Trans woman are not trans men’s oppressors, trans men are not trans women’s oppressors, nonbinary people are not responsible for transphobes not taking trans people seriously.
Talking about transmysogyny is not oppressive to trans men. Using the word transandrophobia is not inherently transmysogynistic. Talking about exorsexism is not erasing binary trans peoples struggles.
Like comon guys this is really basic stuff can we all agree on these things before moving on?
Scalding hot take y’all aren’t ready for: Chell and GLaDOS were in fact in lesbians, but Chell was the domme and GLaDOS was the bratty sub.
Think about it: the entire game, GLaDOS runs her mouth taunting Chell as Chell calmly and slowly approaches, avoiding all of GLaDOS’s attempts to stop her, until they finally meet in person and Chell puts GLaDOS in her place.
Then in the sequel GLaDOS is back to bratting again but the moment GLaDOS is in real trouble, Chell immediately shifts into caretake domme mode to protect the sad potato that is her girlfriend (and honestly, in my experience, sad potato is a perfect description for someone going through sub drop).
Then once GLaDOS is doing better and the source of her discomfort (the obnoxious man who tried to insert himself into their dynamic before Chell dealt with him) is gone, they immediately resume their normal dynamic.
Tell me how any of that reads like Chell as the sub, hmmm?
they should make a version of the 🫶 emoji but with only one half of the heart so i can send it back and forth w my Friends do u guys see the vision
The Trans Experience
Playing dnd with a bunch of stem majors is an Experience. Astrophysics dm is finding creative ways to include their original solar system. I predict we have three sessions until we are launched into space. Marine biologist is very salty about her water genasi not having dark vision. Another likes to get Very Realistic with nerve damage and we are dreading the day when we can no longer bs medical stuff. I, a druid-barbarian, am presented with a symbolically withering tree and ask if the dm knows what arbuscular mycorrhizae is. I can hear the combination of curiosity and fear in their voice when they say no.

Can we just appreciate that taking one day off of work to prepare this seems like not nearly enough. Impressive work
Hosted my most elaborate LOTRathon + feast yet. 12 hours, 12 people, 8 courses, 2 spreadsheets, planned & executed by yours truly. I took Friday off work to prepare.
Some details under the cut.
I’ve always wanted to do a real Hobbit-style feast (instead of typical afternoon grazing board + dinner) and this year I finally did it! All the planning paid off, it went off without a hitch. 😎 Early reviews included the words “insane” and “deranged” (honorary).
As for the menu, I took inspiration from other people’s LOTR feasts (mostly from Reddit, Pinterest, etc). However I wanted mine to be sliiiightly less carb-intensive than a lot of the ones I saw, considering we’d be eating ALL day and I didn’t want everyone to get too full too early lol. So I tried to alternate heavier courses with lighter courses and served fresh fruit & veg with every course. Some courses, like Dinner (cheese & potato tart), were meant to be more of a taster than a full meal.
I also prioritized menu cohesion/my own preferences over being super “fantasy accurate”. Examples—thin, aromatic shortbread cookies instead of typical thicker/bready Lembas bread, tomato confit instead of typical Full English-style roasted/seared tomatoes.
For recipes, I found a bunch of recipes and often combined elements or used them as a base and adjusted to preference. If anyone’s interested in the recipes I can provide more details.
Finally, I also printed out relevant book/movie quotes and set them out with each course but Tumblr is limiting me on images!
All in all, a very successful showing! 🥕🧅🍅🥓🧀🍓🍇
The action was put on by a group called TIGERRS (trans, intersex, gender expansive resources and services) and purposefully mentioned that all trans, intersex, gender expansive folks and their friends were welcome, and if they didn’t want to do it publicly/don’t take HRT they should come for community anyways. The action consisted of a local marching band Unlawful Assembly playing them in, a speech by a trans 17 year old, the unraveling of the flag with a new pledge to transness by the artist, a non denominational reminder of trans divinity, public HRT taking, and ended with a sing along and break for snacks. Intersex trans folks were given orchids, and sharps containers were provided. There were registered nurses, and members of community acted as security (though there were no issues). TIGERRS also shared out the Minnesota Trans Resource Directory, a 87-page guide to trans safe doctors, mechanics, restaurants, dentists, therapists, electrolysis spaces, shelters, etc, and resources on how to move to Minnesota. The directory can be found on their website.
Trans folks are not going away. We keep ourselves safe. We share and create resources and we show up for each other. We are here forever
