If it was that, it could range from dangerous, if he doesn't get some form of resistance as well, to strong if it allowed something like flame absorption, or atleast a strong resistance to them.

You know, I daydream of getting isekai'd a lot. But knowing my luck, I'd get isekai'd and immediately die due to poisoning after getting sent to a dimension where oxygen is replaced with carbon monoxide or cyanide is considered a food seasoning.

Out of curiosity, what sorts of groups have popped up during this time of "peace"? I imagine that with things cooling down for a moment, the inhabitants of Mareth would start building groups to oppose the demons. Maybe an order of paladins would spring up, like that one I vaguely remember mentioned got destroyed early in the war, though that might actually be from a xianxia mod.
