I am no longer that of legend. There is a small flame still flickering in the dark corners, but as of the day still unanswered.
This is a fantastic series though the art starts off amazing it goes down hill fast.

Cold morning but the wood stove is burning.
A heavy blanket, the dog and Donald Hall seems to be creating a perfect moment.

And when the town paper Came out on sunday, dumped on our front step, We read about the Outrage the sorrow Endured by so many. It was finally time to Get the hell outta town. Out there, among the winds A better way lay waiting, Whispering life's only secret.

Requires: ° 60 ml yarrow ° 1 small, black bag ° 1 (little) onyx ° 1 black candle (if you like)
Point in time: ° any time you feel the need to do it ° to increase the biggest impact: decreasing moon; Tuesday
Procedure: 1. Evoke the magical circle (if you work with it) 2. Light the candle. 3. Concentrate a few moments on the flame while thinking about your intention. 4. Put the yarrow and then the onyx into the bag. 5. While closing the bag, say:
“The power of yarrow dispels my negative thoughts. The power of onyx disperse them. So mote it be.”
7. Douse the candle. 6. Reverse the magical circle. 8. By night put the bag under the pillow and carry it with you by day.

Alternative way if you don’t want to use or don’t own yarrow and onyx: Requires: ° 1 black candle ° incense (orange, cypres, jasmine, patchouli, sandalwood, vanilla or whatever makes you feel better)
Point in time: ° any time you feel the need to do it ° to increase the biggest impact: decreasing moon; Tuesday
Procedure: 1. Evoke the magical circle (if you work with it) 2. Light the candle and the incense. 3. Concentrate a few moments on the flame. 4. Meditate over your thoughts, try to sort them or imagine to pack them into a box and closing it. 5. Meditate until you feel better or as long as you can concentrate. 6. If you like you can say:
“Negative thoughts here, you are undesirable. Don’t bother me. I command you to go away. So mote it be.”
7. Douse the candle. 8. Reverse the magical circle. 9. Repeat it whenever you think you have to.
Holy crap it's tomorrow... After 2 years of struggle and over a decade of fighting with myself, it's finally about to happen!
