Balance poses challenge and strengthen the ankles, knees and pelvis in standing poses, the wrists, elbows and shoulders in poses that are dependent for these to balance. Mentally, balance poses challenge our self-image, help us find courage and help us let go - especially of our image of what we can or cannot do!  Remember to have fun falling, trust yourself and don’t judge or criticize yourself. These are some really good advices actually, and i probably won't be able to follow them. Well, you should watch this, it will be worth it and probably useful in the future. I know i am gonna try the 3-things-to-do advice at least!

..... i feel hit i really do all those things, and enjoy it. but then, at least i am aware of my many antisocial skills One does not have to be social to understand it, or have much social skills to describe social behaviour. I think the opposite often is more useful, observing other people being social turns out to be more useful than being social yourself sometimes. still, don't draw back purposely to be unsocial. Staring at people for a long time, and observing them is not wery popular. don't do it, or at least avoid being spotted. :)

I looked around the internet and i found so many inspiring jewelries, i got totally hooked. In the last few days i have been making so many jeelries. I mean this is only half of them, and the other part is the nice, and elegant part.

If you ever feel at a loss of ideas, go to pintrest. I always find such amazing, yet simple and easy to make jewelry.
