Gosh your style is so smooth and delicate! It's a bit similar to the original game's style, but with its own personality. I like how you interpreted the clothes, Kiyo's like a little worm, cute. I want to comfort that poor child sooo badly... He has a lot to go through.

By the way, I'm the author of the pixel sprite. Here's the original post. I'm very pleased that it inspired you! :D

So I take it you liked the video of little crying Korekiyo.

Well, I drew you Korekiyo

So I Take It You Liked The Video Of Little Crying Korekiyo.

(Pixelated Korekiyo was found here, I don't remember the author.)

But the drawing is mine.

Rantaro Is Having A Good Time With His First Friends.

Rantaro is having a good time with his first friends.

I'm not developing a game or anything. It's just a little project we're doing with friends in our spare time.

If you'd like, feel free to make some guesses about the characters or pick your favorites. Maybe I should draw some of them, hmm?

Year of the Snake! 🐍✨

Wow, That Was A Challenge.
Wow, That Was A Challenge.
Wow, That Was A Challenge.

Wow, that was a challenge.

It never ceases to amaze me how many people made their own versions of snake!Korekiyo. Totally different looks, stories, personalities.... It's amazing how persistent the concept is. A single idea arises in many different heads at many different times. The very beauty of humanity, right?

I was not inspired by anyone else to create my own version (or, more accurately, @julia-bunncat's and mine), but I wanted to pay homage to those who came before me. So I tried to draw everyone I could find, and this is what I got. A few messy sketches ahah. The designs belong to the following people, in order (if I'm wrong, please correct me): 1: @cowbov

2: @ephemeral-darkness

3: @danganronpa-mm-au

Wow, That Was A Challenge.

And the last special one. I wasn't sure if it could be called a snake….. But I really wanted to try and portray this intricate design by @snellyfish. Your artwork is amazing, guys. I hope you're doing well.

That's how it is. I'm sorry if I disturbed anyone, I had good intentions rlly ^^;;

I'm flustered that I might have had a tiny bit of an impact on your art. It turned out so awesome!

I'm looking forward to contributing more interesting content to this blog! ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧ hope you'll like it

We're here, dammit. This is DanganStuck, and these are the V3 character casts!

We're Here, Dammit. This Is DanganStuck, And These Are The V3 Character Casts!

SPOILER ALERT. This whole thing contains major spoilers for V3!

So, this all started when we found a dead body in the Lab…

Sorry, it’s an inside joke!

Hello, I guess? I don’t know what I’m doing, but here I am, telling you about the Danganronpa x Homestuck AU crossover.

I’m developing this project (?) with [ @happy6machine , @julia-bunncat ] and with the help of some other cool guys as a support team. Lots of headcanon material has accumulated, and progress in the development of the au has simply... stalled, and I thought I’d try to share it >_< because I haven’t seen anyone else doing something like this so extensively!

I’ll start with V3 (my current fandom fixation) and castes, I guess!! The choice for some characters was pretty obvious and straightforward (ex: olive cast for Ryoma and Tenko, purple for Kokichi, indigo for Gonta and etc.), others were more unusual options (violet for Kaito, whaat?), but I swear I have an explanation behind them :Ъ

But first, I’d like to make a small remark: We hadn’t set a specific lore for the whole thing. Sometimes we experimented with transforming characters into trolls during gameplay to see how it would work, leaving the game plot, killings, interactions and so on untouched. Other times, we made up certain plot snippets and events as if they all lived on Alternia. Occasionally, we’ve stayed in the session area (which we’ll discuss further), prescribing classpects, castes, quadrants, and so forth—all these options were considered.

Now back to the castes, let's go in order:

• Himiko is the weakest, slowest, and laziest member of the V3 cast. She isn't very bright, or at least she's too caught up in fantasies. She's also, well, red. I didn't see the point in making up something special for her, so I just put her in the rust caste. It also makes the dynamic between her and some of the other characters very intriguing, which I'll discuss later. Her desire to perform tricks can be interpreted as 'service/entertainment for the people', literally a jester for the public, which suits the lower castes. But what are the tricks? Well, rust and psychic powers, right? :D So Himiko has psychic powers, though not very powerful ones... And still calls it magic, of course.

• Kaede was a… difficult case. OK, my excuse: I wanted to include a representative of every caste (except Fuchsia) at least once, and Kaede got caught in the hot seat. But she's bronze for more than just that reason!  There's a joke that I'll tell you about some other time, because I want to hold its punch for a while. As it is, we're hooked on the scene in the first chapter where Kaede immediately falls on her knees in front of Miu (instinct of subordination??). Also, the music is associated with birds, and all animals are associated with the bronze caste. Of course, Kaede is extremely... feisty and enthusiastic for such a caste, but luckily she has many highblood friends—including Kaito, who stood up for her in-game, and if they were trolls, it would work perfectly ;)

• /heavy sigh/ Keebo.

I originally drew this art [link] when my friends and I were just starting to get through V3, and I just liked the sort of black dynamic between the three of them. I didn't think much about the castes at the time, but ironically they haven't changed.

There are some problems with Keebo, because he's obviously a robot, and I want to keep him as a robot in this AU. The most realistic option is that Keebo is a prototype for a new kind of drone to be used on spaceships. After all, he is an advanced AI imitating a troll, so it makes sense to give him some blood color. Gold blood is often associated with the "trolls are used as batteries on ships” theme, and Keebo was literally created to maintain ships. It's... a bit of a stretch, really, but that's all we have for now. I think the lore will be expanded upon in the future.

• Korekiyo. Giving him gold blood was sort of a joke at first, playing on the fact that Korekiyo, like Sollux, has a point that grants him duality—his sister. However, as we fleshed out the lore, the choice felt increasingly fitting. I'll be writing separate posts, probably more than one, to outline his lore because, folks, this is FIRE. I never particularly liked Kork in the game, but now- hell, I LOVE him. Have pity on the poor boi; he's suffered a lot.

• Ryoma and Tenko. Since they both get the olive caste on the same principle, I will combine them. Guys, It's literally a catboy and a catgirl; what other questions could there be?

Okay, technically, Tenko also receives olive blood because she is combative and strong, which are characteristics of this caste. She generally looks like a cat herself ([EN] we’re referring to her fangs and headband with ears in the beta design, her collar with the bell and some of her facial expressions on the sprites), and her temper matches her caste. I'm not sure how to adapt her hatred of men to Homestuck... yet. Maybe she'll hate highbloods instead? That's something to think about.

Ryoma, for his part, with his whole cat theme (his Lusus is a cat, of course), the resemblance of cat ears on his hat, and his tendency to stare into space—he's a good fit too. And despite his small size, he is quite strong.

• Maki. And that's where the problems and doubts begin to unfold. We were deciding whether to make her olive or maybe jade, given her backstory. After all, she disguises herself as a caretaker in canon, and you wouldn't expect a girl from an orphanage to turn out to be a professional assassin. On the other hand, you might expect that from an olive caste troll. Actually, there are indeed olive assassins. But several factors convinced me to give her this particular caste:

- Maki herself is like a wild cat. Her killer stare, mouth shape, quick reactions, strength, agility, grace.

- raising jade trolls as ''assassins'' sounds not only ideologically dubious (after all, the jade caste has a special place in troll society), but also illogical. Jade's killing instinct is probably suppressed, otherwise there would be complete bloodbath in the brooding caves, they wouldn't get along with each other, they wouldn't be able to take care of wigglers.

- yeah, we've sort of canonised Maki being raised by a group of trolls to be an assassin. And raising an olive for that purpose is a perfectly reasonable idea, given their natural abilities.

- the idea for the jade caste came from the fact that children are attracted to Maki. However, Maki gets surprised by this fact every time. She calls it silly, paradoxical, and strange. Well, it wouldn't be strange at all if wigglers were attracted to a jade blood troll; that's natural. But the fact that they are attracted to an olive one should come as a surprise, even to Maki herself.

• Kirumi. Wasn’t overthinking it. The caste is given to her at the same time because of the method of exclusion (others don't really fit) and because of her calmness, composure, and desire to care for others. Kirumi can also be very, very dangerous, just like the jades in canon ;)

• Rantaro. Anybody ordered male jade? I love them personally, despite knowing they're very rare. Well, that choice is pretty obvious: Rantaro is filled with the desire to care for and protect his younger siblings. Where else could he end up but in the jade caste? He's also just a handsome guy with the cutest face, and he's GREEN, dammit! I made my choice immediately. And there's already a story about him! It's small, but we're definitely going to expand it.

• Shuichi. Do I have to explain anything??? Well, in case someone doesn't know, teal caste and detective work are two sides of the same (hee hee) coin, there was simply no other way.

• Angie. Blue caste. Uuuh, yeah, the elimination method again, I suppose? At first, I considered gold blood to maintain the original palette, but Angie has a blue caste psycho vibe to me. Damn, she's brainwashed half the class at some point! What else could it be but minor mind control? Also, Angie is quite bossy, feels at ease, and has the markings of a dominant personality (oh, the Love Hotel scene...). Blue caste suits her.

• Tsumugi. So, okay, given all her statements about her being "plain" and "nonexistent," it would seem that she should have been given low blood. But listen to this: she BULLIES MIU!

...okay, this might not be entirely obvious, but Tsumugi often makes all sorts of sarcastic comments about the other characters, most of which you can only notice if you replay V3 with knowledge of the plot. Her tweaks towards Miu are more noticeable, though, and considering that Miu herself is an indigo blood, it goes down well. Tsumugi is high-blooded enough to tease the indigo troll, saying things like, "Hey, why is it that as soon as someone starts talking back to you, you immediately turn into such a wimp?" She's also high-blooded enough to ignore Kaede when she tries to talk to her at the beginning of the game. Her blue caste might be the reason the killing game worked out at all, considering how many mistakes Tsumugi made. Who knows, maybe she also created Flashback Lights with her psychic powers...

And... eh. I confess. I wanted to keep her in blue colors, in addition to all the above reasons, so I didn't really consider any other castes.

• Miu. Indigo caste, wow! Well, considering her behavior and the fact that no one had ever punched her through the entire game, it’s CLEARLY obvious. Only a high-blooded troll, a really high-blooded troll, could afford to be so rude to those much lower down. The funny thing is that she targeted low and mid-bloods more often: Kaede, Shuichi, sometimes Himiko, Korekiyo, and Keebo. She didn’t bother, or almost didn’t, with Gonta, Kaito, and even COOPERATED with Kokichi—as if she had to, as if she were afraid of crossing the paths of those above her in caste. Also, Miu said she liked it when Kaede and Shuichi knelt before her...

You might ask—why not purple caste? Still, Miu’s strange behavior is a bit like that of a purple-blooded schizo, isn't it? Well... Firstly, there's nothing to suggest that Miu belongs to this weird purple cult. Secondly, Miu’s odd behavior when someone insults her gives us an interesting, almost Equius-like, God forgive me, “I'm superior to you, but I want to obey; it's SO WRONG but so arousing” conflict.

• Gonta. There was no reason to even try. I did have a stray thought, due to Gonta's nature and his connection to bugs, to place him in the bronze caste, but...no. Given his immense power and his lack of insanity like that of the purple-blooded trolls, you can't put him anywhere other than the indigo caste. Plus, he's from a noble family himself. And this ALSO creates a cool dynamic and adds interesting lore aspects to Homestuck!Gonta that I like VERY much and will definitely cover in other posts!!!!

• Kokichi. Oooh reeeally, who'd have thought? Of course he's purple-blooded! It's not that simple, though. Kokichi is definitely not a crazy purple cultist like most members of the purple caste. We are going to be talking about that separately, and believe me, I will give this guy a lot of lore, because I freaking love him. There isn't much else to say–no other blood color suits him better.

• AND HERE WE ARE: VIOLET-BLOODED KAITO, WAT???? Okay, let me explain!

1. I have a headcanon that violet-bloods are not as obsessed with the hemospectrum as land trolls. This is due to the fact that they are mostly isolated, living in the sea. In that environment, there are only fuchsia caste above them, and no one below them Occasionally, rare purple-bloods get caught on the shores, but EVEN then, their status isn't significantly lower. They don't live in a society where lower-bloods are constantly stigmatized and killed for no reason. They simply don't have any possibilities to "grow" those oppressive, rigid attitudes. Eridan shows this well: no matter how much he talks about hating land dwellers, he always interacts with other trolls on almost equal footing—for example, by hitting on everyone and asking Karkat for advice.

2. Kaito has strong leadership skills and a desire to guide, mentor, and support others. He stands up for Kaede, takes Shuichi under his wing, and protects Maki. This demonstrates the attitude of a strong leader willing to take responsibility. It seems very reasonable for an intelligent, thoughtful violet who knows that he is in a position of authority and must be relied upon. He can't afford to appear weak. No wonder he hasn't told anyone about his illness...

3. He conquered the sea... AND CAME TO LAND!!! All these stories about Kaito in Homestuck could become TRUE if he really is a troll with access to EVERYTHING. Fight a pirate king? Hell yeah! And he WANTS to go into space! Maybe not to enslave worlds, but to get off the planet and pilot a ship—why not? He has nothing to fear, unlike many other trolls, as he'd literally be in charge, with only the Empress above him. But back to his travels: tired of his life at sea, Kaito could just go and explore the land, and nothing can stop him. No other troll but a sea troll could afford to do that (although land trolls shouldn't go to sea).

4. Kaito is daring. And combative. He is pretty much the only one in the class who has no problem expressing his displeasure to Kokichi (a purple blood!) regularly and hitting him. Kaito is generally capable of aggression (I shudder to think how Shuichi must have felt when he was punched—minus another protagonist?) and emotion, which is also characteristic of the highblood. Even when he tries to stop Kokichi at the end, he's probably the only one who can do so after Gonta and Miu was killed.

5. COLOUR SCHEME. Let's just leave him with a beautiful violet. Especially as a highblood, he has every right to dress up. Even a star coat :з

Aaand yeah that's it! It has been a bit of a journey, hasn't it? Gosh, I'm really embarrassed. If you made it to the end, I love you guys so much!!!! I hope you enjoyed it!!! I'll develop this thread if there's minimal feedback and people are interested. And, uh, if you have any questions or anything, go for it. Questions help develop this whole thing.

When @aivadit And I Were Discussing The V3 Cast And Assigning Blue Blood To Angie, I Suddenly Thought

When @aivadit and I were discussing the v3 cast and assigning blue blood to Angie, I suddenly thought that this massive piece of blue stone jewelry on Himiko's head could be interpreted as a sort of gift to celebrate acceptance into the cult and a sign of belonging at the same time. Our crossover doesn't have a plot as such, but sometimes spontaneous ideas like this come up. Tenko got a little emotional about it. Her crush has fallen completely under the influence of psychopathic blue caste. My poor girl.

Oh my, oh my, what do we have here? A Homestuck star has risen! I absolutely adore every single pixel of this artwork, but I'm especially laughing at Kibo's annoyed face here. He really needs a break from those two jerks.

Who would make a good auspisice for them? Hm...

Danganronpa? Great. Danganronpa And Homestuck? Perfect! Their Black Dynamics Are Beautiful. But There

My Friend Is A Huge Fan Of Homestuck And Got Into Danganronpa Recently, So I Drew This To Please Her~

my friend is a huge fan of Homestuck and got into Danganronpa recently, so I drew this to please her~

the one on the left is her design! Isn't it great?

on the right side, I experimented a little bit, but I'm not sure. It's like there's something missing, but I had fun drawing this, so I could do it again? I guess

UPD: My friend just posted her art that started it all! You have to check it out!

I Adore The Idea Of Shuichi The Orca!!

I adore the idea of Shuichi the orca!!

It's actually an amazing coincidence because my love for orcas started developing years ago, I know a tons of facts about them. Additionally, Shuichi is typically linked to orcas in the fandom, conveying that my two passions have harmoniously merged. Awesome!

I usually prefer mermaid-like designs, but I decided to experiment. I also started watching Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt recently and attempted to copy their style. It wasn't quite the same, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

Spiritual Experience

Aug. 30, 2021 (needs redrawing sometime).

Part of Amashinsai Yokai AU. Actually, I think this post is a bit outdated, so better check the tag "amashinsai yokai au"? I don't feel like drawing much right now... Maybe I can take a few requests? Honestly, feel free to send your queries to my inbox. About shinsai or whatever. I don't fully comprehend how Tumblr operates, which makes it challenging for me to engage with the community on occasion.

Oh my, what a lore.

I should definitely update this design… The idea with the red shibari pattern on the tail is fun, but it's so painful to draw ;_ ;

Please check out my bestie's blog, we do a lot of projects together! Sometimes there are sketches I'm too shy to show on my own blog… ahah!

Your questions matter most!

Amashinsai yōkai! AU: Hebi's biology and psychology.

I decide to finish this post especially in honour of Korekiyo's birthday! HBD, my sweet lovely snake boy! 💚

...When I wrote my first post about Yōkai! AU, I mentioned that I could go into more detail about the Hebi's nature (as, at the moment, these are the most elaborate yōkais in my AU)... And although there have been no direct requests for it – I have recently been inspired again, which means here we go again! 😂

TW: In the hcs below, there will be repeated mentions to all kinds of violence, cannibalism and killing, because, let's not forget that the Yōkais are Japanese evil spirits, demons. The process of hebi's procreation and conception (reproduction) will be described in some detail, with mention of animal reproductive organs, so if you're disgusted by that sort of thing, you'd better skip this post or not read the paragraph dedicated to it. I suggest you treat it like a paragraph in a biology textbook :'D

Have a little look at the officially-approved hebi!Kiyo's design (I remind you that my bestie, who doesn't have active blogs in English, draws things for me)

Amashinsai Yōkai! AU: Hebi's Biology And Psychology.

and I'll start!!

𓆓 Kiyo came to the human world in part to understand why the yōkai, being creatures of a more ancient and independent nature, are mostly partially human-like. His theory is that previously all hebi and yōkai in general had a different (more animal-like) appearance, but after numerous encounters and promiscuous liaisons with humans, decided to take on their appearance (to make it easier to deceive / use for their own purposes, which in turn also doesn't exclude the possibility that hebi are partly human = descendants of these unions human + ancient hebi).

𓆓 A reminder that Korekiyo has a couple of powers: hypnosis, emotional healing and small wounds treatment (+ he can anticipate changes in the weather as he's very sensitive to temperatures; can hide his presence even from gifted people and teleport over short distances). He could have done more and/or developed what he already had if he had wanted to, but given the path he chose, it wasn't necessary. Nevertheless, the Hebi, as a separate species, have their own Progenitors – the serpent deities who embody everything that is attributed to the image of the snakes in folklore [life and death, malehood and femalehood, wisdom and blind passion, healing and poison, etc. – in fact, this is why a normal hebi chooses between two ways of "enlightenment"]. Progenitors are enormous and wrap their tails around the entire serpentine otherworldly dimension. They can control the weather, time and space, bend other yōkais to their will, possess infinite knowledge, but also care their little half-human Hebis, giving them freedom of action and peace of mind.

𓆓 The "Serpentine Otherworldly Dimension" – is a nest which looks like a deep cave with chaotically swirling hebis. It's a dark and "crowded" place, as there REALLY are a lot of snakes mixed in there, doing whatever they want. The hebi who have chosen the path of intellectual enrichment almost never leave it, and remain isolated even from some of their relatives, preferring to gain knowledge from the Progenitors. And the hebi who want to build up their power by eating anything and everything, first being played back at their relatives by endlessly competing for energy and physical dignity, and then go to the otherworld for other yōkai / to the human world for mortals.

𓆓 A "little bit" about the Hebi's birth and reproduction. Like descendant snakes, they have a division into females and males = different reproductive body structure. Nevertheless, it's worth remembering that they are primarily spiritual beings – bodies are just conventions, shells, vessels for holding energy reserves (their main food) – which means that, at a basic level, they are still genderfluid. With some effort, the male can "grow" the necessary organ to temporarily hold the foetus in his body, if he wishes to give birth himself. The female, in turn, will also be able to "acquire" a fertilising organ for herself. Another thing is that it's not socially acceptable to do this, or rather no one thinks about it, because in principle there is rarely any love for one's partner/offspring = there is no self-conscious desire to necessarily reproduce (It's only intensified by instinct during the 'mating season' after molting, which is essentially the work of the Progenitors).  The reproductive anatomy of females and males is a mixture of snake's + human's anatomy. Males have no nipples and navel, but two hemipenises – its appearance can vary depending on the "enlightenment way" chosen, but generally it resemble tentacles that narrow towards the end (the male can move them almost as deftly as his tail). The location is inside the tail, in the human groin area. Females have breasts (which are more the result of mutation or desire, i.e. their function is accessory), two clitoris + the semblance of a uterus, so yes, Hebis are viviparous. However, they don't carry a foetus – fertilisation occurs when a piece of the male's energy is injected into the uterine zone through the hemipenis and this piece is formed into one or more life forms that grow to the size of a baby in a matter of minutes and burst out of the mother's womb (* the mother doesn't die from it – she can heal such a wound). The process of such an express birth, and the fact of pregnancy itself – is very undesirable for any parent, so females use all possible contraceptive methods (for example, by forming a barrier inside themselves to prevent the long hemipenis from reaching the "danger zone").  Another thing is that hebis mating is always a wild and aggressive process. A female may be attacked by several males with the sole purpose of taking as much of her life energy as possible – and not always the surrounded individual have time to fight back and react appropriately.

𓆓 It goes without saying that baby-snakes are very unwelcome "guests" in the Hebi's world, given the circumstances of their birth as described above. Once they are born, their parents don't hesitate to abandon them to their fate, while other hebis are ready to crush the cubs with their multi-kilogram tails at any time, or devour them as a snack. In other words, the first minutes of a Hebi's life are spent trying to survive. And getting back to Korekiyo... He survived, in fact, thanks to his slightly stronger, more active and eldest only for a few seconds sister :D Contrary to all the laws of yōkai's empathy, Miyadera was born with a protective instinct and took great care of her little brother, realising from the first seconds that in this world you can only exist in peace if you become "stronger, harder, faster" (so, she ate... other baby-snakes that she met along the way). In one day, she and Kiyo heard of the existence of other dimensions of Yōkai (and not only), found a way to move to one of those "inter-worlds", and grew there until their views abruptly diverged. They didn't squabble – it was just that Miyadera had let Kiyo go to the human world, figuring that he would want to sate not their knowledge, but their flesh, roughly speaking :'D But as I have written before, although future conflict is inevitable, they will eventually come to some understanding, thanks to a deeper and healthier sibling bond. I wanted it to be like that, at least in this universe. Also, without straying too far from the subject of baby-snakes, I think it's worth mentioning that the Hebi don't age visually, as they are "immortal until killed". Or to be more precise, born in the form of a baby, they change for a while, but as soon as the outward appearance takes on the characteristics of a young man/woman – "ageing" stops and the actual age is only reflected in the volume and length of the tail. If a Hebi wants to become a giant snake in every sense of the word, he is more likely to abandon anything human in his appearance.

𓆓 I mentioned in passing above that the main food for the hebi is a soul energy, as they are (again) spiritual beings and all the magic available to them is the result of what they have previously accumulated. If in the case of the "path of knowledge" everything is generally transparent (knowledge is an immaterial, conscious product; the more knowledge — the sooner the otherworldly being develops), then it's worth clarifying something about nutrition in the usual sense of this word. At first I assumed that the Hebi had a snake stomach that ran the length of their body, and that their jaw expanded to absorb food many times its own size.... But then I thought: why do we need all this fuss and convention for? 😆 All the Hebi have left of the snakes (which, I remind you, are their descendants — the same creations of the Progenitors) is the ability to expand their jaws to the size of at least a human head. After such a powerful yawn, the characteristic cracks in their cheeks remain for a while, but then smooth out again for a more naturalistic human appearance. The function of such a jaw is simple — to hold as much as possible... And the "food" will be digested / broken down to the state of the much needed energy substance directly in the mouth. A very environmentally friendly way to get rid of "leftovers" ;) With this body structure, hebi are omnivorous: animals, humans, human food, and other yokai. However, it is logical that they will get no energy from food that doesn't have some sort of soul, which means that eating anything "human" (other than animal carcasses) is completely useless. And yes, "digesting in the mouth" doesn't mean that if a human puts their hand in the mouth of a hebi — they will lose that hand. If the snake realises that you're not trying to feed them lavishly, it will end happily — touch the fangs as much as you like! 😂 Oh, and also, despite the specificity of their diet, they are able to taste and smell quietly. And no hebi performs the act of defecation, urination and sweating.

𓆓 The appearance, as well as the abilities of the hebi, can be completely unique. Thus, horns are a reminder of their connection to dragons (although, as proud, self-loving and self-sufficient creatures, they prefer not to draw such a parallel); essentially don't affect any characteristics, but there are some individuals who consciously use those horns as an indicator of their own strength, status, and age. Sometimes the horns are artificially enlarged and this "crown" can exceed the volume of the head (which generally doesn't prevent such a hebi from moving)... Kiyo doesn't care about such things and even treats it as some kind of teenage mischief :'D But the tail colouring is more interesting topic. There may even be some gene pooling at work here, producing an infinite variety of colours and patterns on them, but there are variants that are considered VERY attractive to individuals of both sexes — and this is vividly expressed during the mating season. In my AU, the owner of such colouring would be Shuichi Saihara after his amazing rebirth :D In his case, literally all EP are pumped into attractiveness, and from that point of view, he is very lucky not to have been born in the "Hebi dimension" ;)

𓆓 The species division of humanworld snakes is, to some extent, a result of what is going on in their Hebi-creators. For example, Kiyo isn't venomous because he didn't need such an ability, but other relatives who chose "development by eating" could acquire various venoms just to "take it easy". It should be understood that "human poisons", the venom of ordinary snakes, and other vicious substances are nothing compared to the paranormal venom of the Hebi. Accordingly, all of the above will not apply to them. The best way to kill a venomous yokai is to sic an equally venomous one to them. Another known power of snakes is constriction. In battles, Korekiyo will use the abilities of his tail + the agility and cunning gained by teleporting short distances. And the imagination doesn't stop there — hebies can even sail the seas if they want to, and it's not for nothing that there's such a strong connection in folklore between snakes-werewolves and something aquatic!

𓆓 And the last thing I'd like to point out for understanding these creatures — is the spectrum of feelings. Hebi's can't crying — and it's not just their physiology. Feelings of sadness, longing, despair are, if not atrophied, buried very, very deeply in their souls. In other words, they are not deprived of the ability to experience this full range of feelings - there are simply no external circumstances that would allow them to express them in any way. Yokai's temperament will always be about something negative in human terms — irritation, rage, pride, cunning, temper, lying... But understandably, there are exceptions. For example, when the hebi do feel sympathy for each other — it becomes possible to trace their own "snake love language". Kissing, active tactile types of caresses like patting/scratching "it's something for human". But weaving, rubbing, squeezing, various tail sliding — this is what we need. At most, they can clasp each other in a hug or intertwine their fingers... Which overall looks gentle ~

That's it for now!! I hope I've satisfied someone's curiosity, or just fascinated with unconventional biology, ahah! 😜🐍

That's how it is. I'm sorry if I disturbed anyone, I had good intentions rlly ^^;;

I'm A Big Fan Of Ryoma, But To Be Honest, I Draw Him Far Less Often Than I Should….

I'm a big fan of Ryoma, but to be honest, I draw him far less often than I should….

This sketch is a small attempt to learn how to keep his individual proportions without overdoing it. This proved to be quite a challenge.

Smooch~

smooch~

I don't get why some fans are against the notion that Shuichi could be the assertive one in a relationship, particularly since he's the most tenacious and observant during FTEs and dates. Maybe I've only encountered people who feel this way... Personally, I prefer it when both partners are capable of taking charge… but there's certainly a dearth of pictures featuring a dominant Shuichi. Who else but me?

It's part of shinsai sketchlist, btw.

Personally, I Only Like Korekiyo's Awesome Silky Hair And His Flirty Look Here, But Shuichi Looks Really

Personally, I only like Korekiyo's awesome silky hair and his flirty look here, but Shuichi looks really bad xD

I drew this on 27 September 2022, so it might look a bit outdated (and cringe). I'm not sure about sharing my old artwork, but I got compliments, so why not. Even your less successful works are worth showing, I think.

My first post received a warm welcome, for which I am thankful. However, I have noticed that several empty accounts have subscribed to me, and I am unsure what it is ahah some bots i guess

I'm Not A Fan Myself, But All Of My Friends Are Playing BG3 Now, So I Asked One Of Them To Make A Dr

I'm not a fan myself, but all of my friends are playing BG3 now, so I asked one of them to make a dr characters for me. Here's a rough Shinsai sketch then.

The result is charming!

Korekiyo is a half-elf wizard, Shuichi is a halfling ranger. And yes, the two date.

I spent a lot more time on this sketch than it really deserved, tbh.
