Purge March dropped :D
MILGRAM theorists.
Do the, like, a thousand Amanes bring more validity to the “Amane is a system” theory?
there’s something wrong with this family srsly
Couldn't get this idea out of my head.
Headcanon that Swap absolutely HATES being called cute or demeaning/belittling nicknames (except for by lust, his make him melt)
I want Kiyo to be happy, so here. Take an AU where Korekiyo had a good sister.
⚠️( first of all, I rely entirely on the mythology behind the figure of Joan, I'm not here to disrespect other people's religions! this is fiction and an inspiration I took for an OC, leave me alone!!!) ⚠️
Oc x Canon.
My silly version of Joan D'Arc! (made in Eldarya)
-Joana was devoted to God, and claimed to be able to hear the voice of angels to save her people, but in the end she was only influenced by the church's propaganda about power and submission, and did not know how to deal with it.
-She dedicated her life to the art of the sword, pretending to be a man most of her life, she wanted to prove to her God and people that she was worthy of such power the same power of the men who spoke for god.
-Gradually she lost her faith, when she noticed that everything she did only led to the fire, her death.
- When she learned that the gods wanted to end humanity, it was the last straw, did she fight so hard for this? Unforgiven.
-She no longer fights for the God who abandoned her, but for humanity that even with its flaws and evil is still worthy of something, she will show the gods and those who burned her!
-Is scared to death of fire, when her sword flashed in blue flames she almost had a heart attack.
-Loves to eat, Joana was never a rich person, she has a very big appetite and eating is something that gives her pleasure, likes bluenfood alot.
- Loki can't trick her, the woman is a statue.
-Figures from Christian mythology seem to have an interest in her that she is willing to ignore.
- Poseidon(Beelzebub any man fr): no man has ever beaten me. Joana: jokes on you, I'm not a man. -She has a soft spot for Sasaki and she doesn't know why.
- Buddha forces her to eat sweets when she's down, imagine him shoving a macaron in her mouth while she pouts.
- On the outside cold as ice but total princess energy inside, likes dresses and being girly.
-Same energy as Lady Oscar from Rose of Versailes. A woman who can also be a pretty prince.
-Beelzebub has a Stalker energy tords her, something about blasphemy and how devout she was to god only to turn against him.
-Selective mute that prefers to die than say anything...but sometimes out of nowhere she has attacks of screaming because she feels/thinks she is on fire again...and it goes back to being silent as if nothing had happened.
OKAY PEOPLE. So, I love flowers. Flower symbolism especially. So, doing some somewhat legitimate research, I decided to see dig deeper into the flowerbeds of mystery that is Welcome Home, to see if I can uncover any symbolism.
I’ll be using the flowers from the picture below, thank you. And of course, credit to @partycoffin btw check them out they’re incredible
Let’s start with this lovely flower
By my guess, it seems to be a daffodil of some kind? The closest flower I can get currently.
Now, daffodils symbolize rebirth and new beginnings in many definitions. White daffodils tend to hold a desire to be transformed and move away from selfishness. They are also known as Narcissus, who in many stories was a man obsessed with his beauty and eventually turned into the flower when he perished.
Next flower!
Not gonna lie, there are many flowers that this could be. I’ll give my best guess, of course.
First, Gerbera Daisy. Egyptians believed they symbolized a closeness to nature and devotion to the sun. In general, they usually symbolize innocence, purity, cheerfulness, all that jazz. It looks very similar to daisies in general, what with the dark center and the formation of the petals.
Second, Black eyed Susans, or Coneflower. They tend to be a symbol of encouragement and a symbol of adaptability in some definitions. Supposedly, it’s also a symbol of Justice? But I can’t currently verify that. The petals and dark center again line up well.
Now for the last one
Now, I have two more guesses for this one.
Rose. Now, warm colored roses hold a meaning of affection and warmth when gifted to a friend. Roses in general tend to symbolize desire and love, of course.
Carnation. Now, Carnations also symbolize a form of love, but also mean fascination and distinction. It’s seen as the official flower for Mother’s Day, given the meaning behind it with the Virgin Mary. It’s colors have different meanings, all in some form or another in relation to love.
Of course, this is all mostly just my ramblings and not really any theory stuff. I just like trying to analyze things I find interesting! Do with this information what you will and fact check it because I am NOT a professional in the slightest.
I got invited to do a Digimon 02 piece for a zine :) This was a fun one :)
