This way people can see theyβre not alone. I have them and this would help me see that.
IβmΒ able to lay on the floor without my back touching the ground
I can make a complete circle with both my hands around my upper thigh and still have open space within it
My arms are the same size when I put them down against my sides as when I raise them (no more disgusting fat flattening against my body making them look twice as big)
I have a defined jawline
I have defined cheekbones
My fingers and hands stop being so pudgy
My collarbones visibly reach my shoulders
Itβs no longer necessary for me to suck in when I sit because my stomach is just as flat sitting as it is laying down
My thighs donβt touch when I walkΒ
My thighs donβt touch when I stand with my feet together
I can smile without my face looking twice as fat
My hipbones stick out further than my stomach
I wonβt stop until I am delicate, petite, dainty, and lovely.Β
I fucking hate myself so much. I'm such a fatass, I wish I could honestly die so I wouldn't have to do anything anymore. What's the point.
reblog if you think that curves are beautiful
just not on you
and if you support body positivity and healthy eating
just not for you
and if you love your curvy friends so much
but you just canβt seem to love yourself
Me, preparing high calorie food for other people cause it calms my urge to eat
I can do this
One step at a time
One pound at a time
One inch at a time
One meal at a time
One fast at a time
One workout at a time
I WILL get there
I just have to have self control
Friends: You really need to stop doing this to yourself.
Me: *unable to control my mental health*
your problem areas wonβt be the first to shed that weight, it will be either your face, your hands, your ankles etc
when you lose weight, you realize that you and shrek are very much alike, we have layers (of fat). you will not instantly lose weight on your belly, hips, thighs, arms, where ever it is that youβre trying to specifically lose weight from, you will lose weight all over, this is why itβs hard for us to notice weight loss
the last place you gained fat on is the first to lose that fat off, the first place you gained fat on will be the hardest to lose that fat off
donβt listen to the scale, those few pounds that never seem to leave or you have gained are probably muscle growth, get yourself measuring tape to calculate your weight loss
you see yourself every day, be aware that itβll be hard for you to notice any difference, but trust me, everyone around you is seeing it happen
weight loss takes time, donβt give up so quick
